Keith Miller30 said:You know, in a situation like this, I find myself wanting to give the scientists a bit of a nudge:

It really comes down to genetics. Messi possesses a certain trait that Ronaldo simply lacks; the Argentine carries a genetic predisposition that fuels his creativity and sheer inventiveness on the pitch. Left-footed players tend to excel at generating ideas through methods that explore a much wider array of solutions, which is why Messi always seems to find an extra option that Ronaldo misses.

This was actually the conclusion of a collaborative study conducted by Oxford, St. Andrews, and Bristol, alongside several Australian institutions. The research suggested that players whose primary foot is the left hold a distinct tactical advantage over right-footed counterparts.

That specific gene Messi carries seems to have gone somewhat dormant lately, hasn't it? It’s been nearly three years since he last went four league games without scoring, but perhaps that slump is behind him, considering he netted twice against Milan in Barca's 3-1 Champions League victory last night.

The gene that’s been lying dormant 😂

What exactly is so funny about this? It feels like you totally misread the article.

I’d bet money that the actual study just says left-footed players tend to be more creative, and all this "it's the gene for genius!" nonsense was just cooked up by some hack journalists looking for a clickbait headline.

Yeah, obviously. Like that whole thing about the gene being dormant.
Besides, they didn't even run the study on Messi—just because he's left-footed doesn't mean he's got that gene.

He failed his physics midterm, and apparently, that’s enough to trigger a crisis.

I was reading through this free translation of the 'Annals of Physics' journal and man, it really hits the nail on the head with the title, because honestly, calling it 'Anal Physics' 🙏🙏
feels pretty damn fitting if you think about it.

TRST - According to the hypothesis published in the latest issue of the scientific journal ‘Annals of Physics,’ put forward by researchers at the International School for Advanced Studies in Trieste, there might be a ‘wormhole’ sitting right in the center of our galaxy that could link us to some far-off corner of the universe.

You clearly missed the point of the post; it was nothing more than pure trolling.

Who even is this guy? ☕

I mean, seriously, looking all tight like that, he looks like a total bombshell, so I gotta wonder if he’s actually that much of a catch in person or what. 🍿

Man, don't believe a single word out of his mouth, does that basically mean it's total nonsense?

So, according to the total nonsense published in the latest issue of "Anal Physics"... is that what we're looking at here?

Same here, I'd love to know his name. Probably just some washed-up soccer player acting like he's the next big thing...
