Sure, a cheap shot of brandy from Požega isn't going under $27 here, let alone in New York; anything sold for $10 is complete garbage.

You guys still alive out there? Everyone keeping it real?

Let's make the most of these final days of civilization as we know it. Let's get together and hang out just like the good old days.

We really need to sit down and catch up on all those series we've been neglecting because of sports
we'll just have to route through an Italian VPN to get premium access on Pornhub
we aren't going to be shaking hands

I recently started watching Death Note. It's an incredible series; I suppose you don't even need to be an anime fan to appreciate it.

My already low opinion of journalism just hit rock bottom. These people would sell their own mothers for a few clicks. And now they're back at it again, playing this pathetic game of auctioning off misery with those constant "live updates" on sickness counts. Oh, look, another case in Italy, two more over in Greece, even one way out in some tiny town like Rakov Potok. It's exhausting.

I hope they all go broke 🙏

Netflix, HBO, and the rest of the crew are practically rolling up their sleeves in anticipation.

I guess every crisis just ends up creating its own winners and losers, huh?

Anyway guys, better stock up on supplies, because I think I need to take a break from sports. Maybe I’ll finally kick this gambling habit.

My wife tells me the police at the local Walmart are completely out of stock
What on earth is going on, people? Why in the world would anyone feel the need to stockpile toilet paper like this...

To remains quite a riddle to me as well. Why on earth would anyone choose toilet paper specifically?

Perhaps it’s just those FC Barcelona fans; they seem to lose their composure the second things get interesting.☕

I spent at least twenty or thirty minutes waiting at the local butcher shop downtown today. It felt like there were about the same number of people in line as usual, yet everyone seemed to be buying massive quantities of everything.

Is it really possible that I had to wait that long just for the fifteen pounds of meat I pick up every single Friday? ☕

I know. It’s the same mess here. Empty shelves and deserted grocery stores everywhere. Just grab the essentials while you still can.

My mom texted me asking if this was really happening in the city? Honestly, this is exactly what things looked like in Germany about two weeks ago. Usually, stuff like salt, oil, flour, sugar, and pasta just flies off the shelves instantly... but there wasn't actually a breakdown in the supply chain itself, just people panicking...

Everything has calmed down a bit now. They've postponed the clubs and all those big public gatherings, but you can still find food in the shops...

Schools are going to be shut down for the foreseeable future, too.

Anyway, for those of us living over here in Germany, if we decide to pack up and head back home to the States, we're looking at a potential quarantine when we land.

So much for catching that Easter sun back home in the States...

The second part is a bit weaker; you'll see once you get there. But honestly, if you liked this, check out Code Geass. It's in a similar vein, though I personally think it's even better.

If you're stuck in quarantine, you could always dive into One Piece. You'll probably wrap it up in about two or three months. ☕

Do you think the GDP will see an unprecedented jump because of all this spending? ☕

It’s honestly just a shame how much food is going to go to waste.

So you think Code Geass is similar but better? I guess I'll keep that in mind. I'm not in quarantine or anything; I just head to the pub in the evenings. I tried watching One Piece once, maybe the first episode, but it didn't really grab me. I've heard there are tons of episodes, but apparently, it gets pretty bad after a certain point.

sweaty palms issue🤔

An old favorite from the Berserk manga😉

I think a new season of 'Attack on Titan' might finally drop this fall. It was such a massive craze for a while—not quite like the whole Corona thing, obviously, but you get my point.

Hmm, it appears that a vast number of media outlets simply fail to grasp the fundamental distinction between something being canceled and something merely being postponed.
