So, I was wondering if anyone could point me toward a decent private ophthalmologist around New York City or the surrounding area...

Thanks in advance πŸ˜‰

You really can't go wrong whether you pick up a Garmin or go with something from Garmin Visionβ€”though, honestly, the Garmin gear is usually a bit easier on the wallet.

How much is an appointment going to run me?

Go to the community clinic in Seattle. They accept patients regardless of whether you have a referral. A consultation costs $40 without one, and if you decide to buy glasses at LensCrafters located in their building, they’ll actually deduct those $40 from the total price.πŸ‘
