Pain in my neck and arms—any ideas?

So, I’ve been dealing with this weird aching sensation in this specific area for a few days now http://i37.tinypic.com/k2fz7t.jpg on both sides, and it’s also hitting both my arms right in the crook of the elbow where they usually draw blood! A couple of days before this started, I had a bout of herpes, and then some stuff that looked like thrush popped up in my mouth too. Honestly, if you ask me, it feels like my lymph nodes are swelling up because my immune system is totally crashing. What do you guys think is going on?

When lymph nodes swell up, there isn't any pain involved. You can feel them under your skin, but in the elbow area specifically, they aren't even detectable...
