Can someone in charge just permanently ban Charles Ross84

I'm afraid I don't think that's going to work. If you really want to leave the forum, you can just log out and stick to that. If you ever feel like coming back down the road, your username will still be here.

It’s pretty hard to walk away once you get hooked on this kind of back-and-forth. But whatever, I won't make a whole thing out of it.
