Recommendations wanted

I was wondering, what does it actually mean when someone's profile shows something like "Recommendations: 1"?
Some people have 2, but I'm sitting here at 0. 🤷

Once a user actually opens an account here, they have to go through a verification process with the superadmin, Charles. He hands out ratings from 0 to 5—with 5 being the top tier, obviously.☕

Yeah. Sure, I can throw out some suggestions if I want, but most of the time I just let him call the shots.
