Retroactive filing?

It’s funny when a moderator notices you’re running low on warnings, so they decide to hit you with a strike for a post from 14 days ago. I guess they let it age perfectly before throwing it on the grill. Now I’m just waiting on an audit of my last two years to see how many more of these little penalties I can collect.

Total nonsense. 😵

I've never dealt with this before, so I’d appreciate it if someone who actually knows the ropes could explain these moderator gymnastics to me. 🤣

rustydrifter10 mentioned once that you can backdate entries up to 15 days, so everything stays totally by the book

There aren't any hard and fast rules here. If someone pulls some minor, low-level nonsense, it’s just plain stupid to go handing out bans after only four or five days... But then again, if everyone somehow misses a massive violation—something truly heinous, like someone trying to hawk black-market organs online—you could justify a ban even six months down the line. It all boils down to the specific context and just how much of a disaster the offense actually was.

As far as I'm concerned—and this is just my take—it isn't exactly some massive, earth-shattering offense; honestly, you could probably argue that it’s well past the point of being relevant now.

I totally struck out.

So, I guess we aren't getting an audit after all?
