Router recommendations?

My Microsoft router
It’s showing me two different wireless networks:
1. Name: Optima-2bd... SSID Optima-2bd...
2. Name: Network profile SSID Optima-2bd...

I'm honestly stumped because this isn't how I want my setup to look at all; I have absolutely no need for two separate signals, and the weirdest part is that nobody has touched any settings, yet this second network just popped up out of nowhere.

have you tried just doing the whole power cycle thing where you shut it down and flip it back on? honestly i had a super similar headache with my old setup way back when where the connection would just kind of glitch out on me for no reason at all.

if that doesn't do the trick though you should probably just give Xfinity customer service a ring and see if they'll let you swap that junk out for a brand new router.
