Router recommendations?

I'm looking to pick up a router for a single-story layout covering roughly 1,400 square feet, where I need reliable, high-speed coverage throughout. I plan to center the router in the middle of the floor, meaning even the furthest corner won't be more than about 30 feet away. This setup needs to handle everything from my smartphone to heavy streaming via my Comcast Xfinity Box. Location: Cleveland.
