After what felt like an eternity, my phone finally rang. It was Michelle calling from the Civil Air Patrol to set up a meeting about starting the glider pilot training course 😁
Last year, I had a few different plans and ideas in motion, but everything fell through because I waited too long to pull the trigger. Since these programs only run once a year, I spent the last twelve months just watching from my balcony, staring at the people flying gliders over the Port of Los Angeles, waiting for my turn. Well, the wait is finally over! 😁
