Hey everyone. I’m in the market for a new scanner, and I was hoping to tap into your collective wisdom. Does anyone have a specific model they swear by? I’m looking for something with decent speed and reliable features that won't let me down when I actually need it. I’ve been browsing a few sites—including Best Buy, though I'm still feeling a bit lost—but it’s hard to judge how a machine actually performs in the real world just by reading spec sheets. I'd love to know what you use, where you picked it up, and roughly what you paid. Any advice would be greatly appreciated... 😁

I personally own an all-in-one scanner, copier, and printer unit.
It’s an HP model that cost me roughly $500.
The printing speed is impressive, and the scanning and copying functions are even faster.
Specifically, I have the HP Pixma (which handles printing, scanning, and copying) purchased from Best Buy.
It features a memory card slot, a LAN port for network connectivity, and the ability to print photos in high-quality formats similar to what you'd get at a professional photo lab.
The device utilizes a total of six ink colors.
The cartridges run about $27 each, though the larger black cartridge is $60.
They aren't consumed quickly; they typically last about three to four months.
The interface supports multiple languages, including American English.
It also comes equipped with a 6 or 7-inch display screen.
Color calibration is handled automatically, and it carries a one-to-two-year warranty.

I’m looking to digitize several large dictionaries, and my top priority is having a scanner that can handle high-speed throughput without lagging.

Does anyone have a specific recommendation they swear by?
