So, for the last few days, I’ve been struggling to catch my breath. This isn't even the first time either; it’s happened several times before, usually lasting a few days at a time. It’s this frustrating sensation where it feels like I just can't get enough air into my lungs. When I try to take a deep breath—like, really push it—I get this sharp pain shooting from my chest up through my neck and toward my head, mostly on the right side. My stamina is also completely shot lately. Just yesterday, I went for a quick 200-meter stroll and felt wiped out immediately. Then comes that heavy pressure in my chest. To give you some context, I deal with epilepsy, anxiety, and chronic neck and shoulder pain—which actually led me to physical therapy a couple of years back, though it didn't do much for me. My blood pressure is fine, but my resting heart rate tends to hover around 100 beats per minute.😢 Honestly, I have no idea what's going on here, and part of me is terrified to even walk into a doctor's office. I feel like I’m constantly cycling through specialists—psychiatrists, neurologists, you name it. Could this be related to sitting too much or having terrible posture? I'm 21. If anyone has any advice or has dealt with something similar, I'd really appreciate the insight.
