Sneaker recommendations?

I’m on the hunt for some new running shoes, though honestly, if I could find a pair that actually runs for me, 😬 that would be even better. Anyway, I have flat feet, which means I’ll definitely need to go with some orthotic inserts. I’m looking for something high-quality for recreational running—you know, a mix of pavement and light trails 😬. My budget is around $200, and I don't really care about the specific brand name. I'm just a bit lost on where to shop. I swung by the big Dick's Sporting Goods recently, but they didn't have any actual runners in stock—just a bunch of fashion sneakers, and the prices were absolutely outrageous. 😁 Even over at the Facebook store near the corner of Broadway, the selection was pretty slim. 🙄

Both "pound" and "pounds" can work—honestly, I think "pounds" is fine, though some people prefer the singular usage lately, but personally, I like the plural better.
