EDIT:

🤷I'm thinking about ordering this jersey from Mozambique since I can't find any from Mongolia. What do you all think?

Oof, $50 feels pretty steep once you factor in the shipping, honestly it’d probably be cheaper to just snag one on eBay 🤣 If I actually hit a decent parlay on my bets, though, I'd grab it in a heartbeat 😁
As for that Mozambique one, hmm... 🤣 I don't know, those stripes look a little off with the kit design, and that red is just kind of aggressive 😁

Does anyone have any inkling as to what those ridiculous watermark patterns on the front are supposed to be? Is it meant to be some kind of leaf, or perhaps an African tribal elder yawning, or what on earth is this supposed to represent? 🤷 Good grief, what an eyesore of a jersey 🤦

Thinking about picking up this one from the coast, hopefully I can snag it somewhere...🙏 What about those Italians? This is what I found describing it:
"The shirt features a watermark design on the front and back and the collar has been tailored to create a star shape when viewed from above by using the US national colours arranged in five points."

The Žabarski collection is an absolute disaster; it’s nothing more than some trendy nonsense that only fashionistas in New York City would ever think to wear 🤦 😁
It seems they put these pieces on without having the slightest clue about what they actually represent, as long as George is there on the label to give it some prestige 🤣

Muscles. 🤷
Just thinking back to that tacky blue Juventus goalkeeper kit they wore during the final against Milan. It’s clear they play dirty; Italians will do anything to win.

The other guy and I have already debated this dilemma and reached a consensus: it’s clearly a dead skull caught mid-yawn. Perhaps it's some sort of symbolic nod from the Italians ahead of the upcoming World Cup. ☕[/IMG][/I]

Kyle Ramirez4 said:mellowowl38, honestly, Dinamo's had kits just like this a few seasons back, and if you ask me, those were hands down the best looking jerseys they've ever put out

Man, I'd rather not even go there. I think I posted a couple of photos of that kit a page or two ago—in my book, aside from that classic Puma look from the eighties, that’s easily the best LA Lakers jersey we've ever seen.

I happened to stumble upon an online forum dedicated to jerseys (quite by accident 😁) where they were debating the specific shade of blue used by their national team...
Initially, some guys were mocking a certain jersey and training kit set because it looked too much like the LA Lakers colors 😁
Then, one self-important regular tried to shut down the debate by claiming blue is actually an "ancient traditional color" for them, and that was that 🤣
Some things are just priceless... though it’s clear even they can't help but keep a close eye on everything happening over here on the Mississippi River 😁

Personally, my absolute favorite kit belongs to LAFC—it’s from that final season we spent playing in the second division, specifically the away winter version 😉 Red Bull. The fabric is just incredible; it’s lightweight, soft, and honestly, I think the design is quite sophisticated for a club based in a city like San Diego, especially considering they struggle to secure any decent major sponsors 😁

image

If the league officials actually promised to bring back those jerseys once the team gets relegated from the MLS, I’d personally vote to have them banned from the league by executive decree immediately 😁 They aren't worth much anyway 🙂

Thomas Bishop85 said:Is the crest actually ugly, or are you just biased because you’re a Boston Celtic fan? Personally, I think the badge looks killer. And the kit? Top tier. Great crest + awesome jersey + a club I actually care about = I'm buying the jersey.
I'm actually working on a secondary crest design for Miami FC (if they'll even listen to me)
image

Look, being totally honest, I’m not feeling the crest. It’s definitely an upgrade over the last two versions, but it just doesn't do it for me. Then again, I usually gravitate toward those kinds of designs—like the way Intel has handled their logo lately (they brought back the old school look), or even that classic Los Angeles FC crest from before WWII. They had a slightly modernized version on the dress last year:

image

By the way, if I were a Miami supporter, I would’ve snatched up your alternative Miami crest immediately and made it the official one. Right now, the RNKS badge is easily the ugliest thing in the first division, right up there with Slaven, and that's saying something given the competition.

Kyle Ramirez4 said:Hey Liht, how do you even handle jersey designs? Like, you know, the way Adidas does those kits for teams like the LA Galaxy?

It’s just Photoshop, honestly—it’s not rocket science. But that specific kit you’re talking about? I didn't actually design it from scratch. I mentioned that when I first posted it here. Some designer from Turkey made it as an away kit for Fenerbahçe, and all I did was strip out the sponsor logo and slap the crest and a star above it, since it was supposed to be a special anniversary look.

I suppose I'm doing alright.

A deep black, you know, something with that vintage feel from the mid-1940s era.🤣

Setting aside any weird associations people might have with this specific combo... 😁The Dress looks genuinely sharp.🙏

Do you think LA Galaxy will get new kits this season, or are they sticking with the current ones?

I’d personally slap a big "U" right on the chest of that black jersey. For away games, we ought to go with white featuring a five-pointed star, sort of reminiscent of the Kansas City Chiefs, and the keeper's kit should be some wild rainbow pattern.
Just so everyone stays happy and we can all be politically correct. 😬
