Hey there,
I’m not entirely sure if this topic has already come up here, but I figured I'd throw it out there.
So, here's the deal: I recently had spinal surgery on my lower back (dealing with an L5-S1 disc herniation). Since I'm standing at a whopping 6'3", I spend most of my workday hunched over a computer, which hasn't been great for my posture.
Has anyone here actually tried using a Spinalis chair? www.spinalis.hr?
I've heard mixed reviews—some folks swear by them, while others say they aren't all that special...
Thanks in advance for any insight!
