Just wanted to kick things off with this; I’ve gotten way too used to that constant finger cracking habit🤣...and now that it's winter, I really want to break it.<....but man, it's tough😁.....I was doing a bit of digging online; I heard somewhere that when you get older, your hands might start shaking or you might lose mobility in your fingers...so now I'm wondering if that's just some old wives' tale or if there's actually some truth to it.....anyway, I'd love to hear what you guys think😁

I can't say what the long-term fallout might be, but I'm dealing with the exact same thing. It’s a constant struggle to break the habit. I manage to keep it under control during the day, but once I'm asleep, it just happens unconsciously. Honestly, it's exhausting.

You aren't gonna face any consequences, man. It’s a total myth! That "popping" sound? It’s just gas bubbles—carbon dioxide, basically—releasing when a joint shifts. That's the whole deal right there...
