Trolling / Baiting

I need to report some constant provocation happening in one of these threads.
We all poke at each other, argue, and maybe even throw a little insult here and there, but when someone targets me relentlessly, it’s just irritating. It feels like they're just trying to bait a reaction out of me.

Last night, I reported several posts where this user was being persistently provocative. I see that those specific posts were deleted, but he's still going at it, so I guess he hasn't actually received a single warning or strike yet.
I'm asking for an intervention here.

Just to add to my point. When you don't strictly enforce reporting posts—unlike how I constantly get penalized myself—this is what happens:

I wasn't online when that happened, or maybe I just missed those posts because this thread is moving at a ridiculous pace.

Thanks for jumping on this so quickly. I suppose I should apologize if I seemed a bit impatient regarding how these reports are handled. I wouldn't call myself a saint when it comes to using online forums, but even so, I try to hold back sometimes. Then, I guess, I just expect the moderators to actually do their jobs.
