What are these small bumps on my penis? (Pearly penile papules)

I’m 17 years old and I’ve noticed these tiny white bumps right at the base of my penis. To be honest, even if it's nothing serious, it's really getting to me and I just want to get rid of them as soon as possible.
I was wondering if there are ways to clear them up, like using a laser or other treatments, and what kind of price range we're looking at for something like that.
I did some digging online and found out they might be called PEARLY PENILE PAPULES.

What are you even talking about? Why would you stop? It’s totally normal. If you’re actually losing sleep over it, just go see a dermatologist and get some real answers.
