Nobody ever actually told me I’d lost weight or anything. It’s more like my life just follows some chaotic, unpredictable pattern—whatever that means—so I figure I just have to balance things out by having a boy. 🙂
Honestly, I don't really care either way. As long as everything turns out okay, that's what matters to me...
Though, if I'm being completely honest? Deep down, I'm secretly rooting for a girl. 😉

Once you have your first boy, everyone starts speculating about whether the next one will be a girl, and vice versa. If it doesn't go that way, they just start adding more to the tally, like it's some kind of endless game of addition. 🙂

Out of my three pregnancies, I was actually pretty too during the first one... with my first, I dealt with hemorrhoids, and this time I'm breaking out in spots everywhere🙂
it's honestly pretty gross

Well, an older lady at my job once told me, "Hmm... you're carrying a boy and don't even have any breakouts on your face! I'm starting to doubt if the doctor even checked you right!" 😁

P.S. During my next break, she asked me if maybe it was because I was wearing foundation (which basically means she spent 45 minutes trying to figure out why I didn't have acne)!

It’s driving me nuts that people are already starting to poke at my stomach, and I barely even have a bump yet 🙂 If they were just random strangers, I would’ve shut them down immediately, but since it’s my husband’s family, I don't really know how to politely tell them to back off—plus, they always manage to touch me before I even realize what's happening 🙄

I made it pretty clear that I don't want anyone touching me.

A friend of mine actually tried to "forbid" me from letting anyone else touch my stomach, which I think is pretty ridiculous. Personally, I love being pampered like that by people I care about; it’s actually really comforting.
She didn't let anyone else hold her for at least seven or eight months; she was even constantly nagging her husband about how much she wanted to hold her. I really hope I don't end up being that type of parent.

hahaha, they did the same to me... 😁 and even eavesdropping! thank god for my gut, it loves making its presence known, so the "impression" is even stronger 😛

Look, I don't mind if they want to manage my diet, but I draw the line at people touching my stomach. 🤷

Next time, I'm just gonna tell them to back off, even if it makes things awkward.

Man, I swear, ever since I got this high-end soccer ball, people won't leave me alone, and it’s driving me absolutely nuts. 🙄

They actually have the nerve to put their hands on it, just waiting to feel how much air is in the thing... meanwhile, the kid is being totally stubborn and refuses to even kick it. 🤣

Some lady at the grocery store actually hit me in the stomach—she tried to pat my belly and then had the nerve to judge me for it—and honestly, that’s where I just totally lost it.

If it bothers you, just say something. They'll probably be annoyed, but who cares? If you aren't close enough with them to want them touching your stomach, you have every right to set that boundary.

I don't mind at all when people touch my stomach. I actually find it kind of sweet; it feels like they just do it instinctively, almost like they can't help themselves. 😍To be honest, I haven't really dealt with being touched by strangers yet, but I don't mind when it's family or friends. It doesn't bother me at all.

If it’s bothering you that much, just be upfront about it. Honestly, I’m not sure there’s a "polite" way to say it—most people are probably going to take offense anyway. Only a rare few will actually respect it as your personal opinion. But I still think it's better to just speak up and let them be offended than to sit there swallowing that discomfort.

I found it quite uncomfortable when they were palpating my abdomen during the second and third months, back when it was still just my pregnancy showing rather than the baby itself.
It felt fine later on, though I did find it a bit intrusive when they would lift my shirt to peer directly at my bare navel. 😲
That felt slightly excessive for me, but since it only happened twice, I won't make much of a fuss about it. 😁

I honestly can’t stand being touched—even by my own inner circle—it just gets under my skin instantly. 🙂

Maybe I’m just weird, but I feel like my belly should be off-limits to everyone except my husband. It just feels super uncomfortable, especially since there isn't even much of a bump yet (I'm only 14 weeks along).

And honestly, I'll just tell people to back off if they get salty about it. Whatever.

I honestly just wear men's clothes because I end up throwing up my own 🙄

and when it comes to being ugly, I’m just as unattractive myself 🤣

I certainly haven't gotten any more attractive—I’m up at least 35 pounds, though I haven't stepped on a scale in about ten days 🙄—but everyone keeps telling me I'm a "glowing" pregnant woman. Apparently, my face hasn't changed at all, no breakouts or blemishes, and my legs aren't even swollen yet, despite being practically in the home stretch... carrying a boy. 😉 But here’s my actual secret: I haven't stopped doing my makeup, painting my nails, or coloring my hair—and I still dress like I'm not even pregnant (aside from just buying a larger size). So, if you ask me, the real trick is realizing that no matter how far along you are, you can always choose to look put-together.

I just ended up with a belly, a butt, and slightly thicker legs, I guess 😍

If you aren't feeling nauseous, then maybe it's a guy.
