You guys, you won't believe what just happened to me!! 😂

I headed to the bathroom a little while ago, and my hips and lower back started hurting so intensely I thought I might lose it. Honestly, as I was dragging myself toward the toilet, the pain got so absurd that I just burst out laughing.
I have no idea what came over me, but I was just hysterical, laughing like a maniac. 🤣
Well, I suppose laughing is probably better than crying. 😉

Thank God for this forum, otherwise I’d have completely lost it!!!! Everything is getting on my nerves right now. My stomach is massive, I feel like a freaking hippo, everything hurts, and everyone is pushing my buttons. I’m constantly irritated, even though I shouldn't be because I'm carrying a baby. Even before I was pregnant, I was a total mess.... I wasn't even the type of person who would do anything just to please others; I always, always put myself last. And it's the same now,,,, and damn it, I'm a pregnant woman who is supposed to be spared certain things and told not to get stressed.... but who cares.... when people can still treat me however they want....
And at the very end of this whole damn—oh, messy post... in my entire life, not just during this pregnancy, what irritates me most is myself........

because I allow all of it to happen!!!!!

I’ve always had a bone to pick with the older crowd on the subway, but lately? It’s gone from annoying to straight-up dangerous. The other day, some old guy nearly leveled me because he thought he could just bypass six people in line to snatch a seat from an elderly lady! Or when I’m walking down the street near some senior—and yeah, this happens on the train too—and they just hack up a lung without even bothering to cover their mouth. Honestly, it’s disgusting. I practically want to scream at them.
And look, if I’m at the doctor’s office and have to wait thirty minutes or an hour while a couple of people cut in front of me, fine. I’ll sit there and take it, mostly because the waiting room is half-empty. But once flu season hits? There is no way in hell I’m sitting there for an hour surrounded by sick people. I’m already mentally preparing my legal complaints for that.
Everything else is a perfect 5/5. If it weren't for my breasts being sore and itchy, I wouldn't even realize I was pregnant. 😁

I’m honestly so bummed out because there’s this concert tonight that I would absolutely kill to go to, but I just can't... and to make matters worse, it’s my best friend's birthday bash, and I really want to be there celebrating with them, but life is just getting in the way right now. 😢

Plus, I’m 19 weeks along, and I've started getting a little bit anxious because I still haven't truly "felt" the baby... I mean, I feel *something*, but I can't tell if it's actually the little one moving or if it's just my digestion acting up again... 🤷

The sheer dread of being back in a delivery room is enough to make me swear I’m done for good. I am never, ever going through this again.

Between the constant heartburn, the endless trips to the bathroom, and everything else pregnancy throws at you, I feel terrible. There is absolutely nothing "blissful" about this state of being.

Where on earth did these freaking hemorrhoids come from? 😲 😲
Seriously, I have never—and I mean never—dealt with this before, and I haven't changed a single thing about my diet in the last few days to be able to say, "Oh, yeah, that's probably the culprit." And thank God, I don't even struggle with constipation. But it hurts, it's bleeding, and it hasn't let up for four days now. 😢 😲

And honestly, nothing pisses me off more than those former moms who try to convince me that pregnancy was the most wonderful time of their lives. Give me a break. I am constantly in some kind of hellish pain, and I'm only halfway through ☕ Plus, it's even more infuriating when the women who were never even pregnant try to tell me they don't believe me. 🙄

Ugh, okay, I feel a little better getting that off my chest. 😍

Look, I’m not one to whine or play the victim, seriously. People always ask if pregnancy is the "best time of a woman's life," and honestly? It’s a mixed bag. For some, it's a nightmare. For me, it's been a total rollercoaster from day one. I've dealt with constant nausea, dizzy spells, and now my blood counts have absolutely tanked—everything is just low. My gallbladder started acting up too, giving me these intense attacks that landed me in the ER a couple of times. And man, the physical toll... I feel like I'm carrying this baby so low already, my blood pressure is all over the place, and I'm running to the bathroom every twenty minutes. My back is basically screaming at me, and lately, I've been feeling these contractions—or maybe they're just intense cramps, who knows? It feels like I'm about to start my period, which is terrifying because you're constantly hovering in this headspace of "please let everything be okay." But even with all that, I’m not complaining. It’s actually beautiful, carrying this little life inside you—especially when you've been through hell to get here and have waited forever for this moment. So yeah, despite the stress and how much my body is breaking down, I am genuinely excited for this.🙂

Harold Cook2 look, I waited forever to get pregnant too, and even though I finally made it happen through IVF, I don't exactly share your masochistic streak; honestly, I’m just counting down the days until I can actually have my body back and just enjoy being a mom without all this constant misery hanging over my head. And don't get me wrong—that doesn't mean I'm not excited about this baby by any stretch of the imagination. I just don't see why I should spend my energy trying to convince myself that dealing with all these pregnancy symptoms is some kind of wonderful experience when, let's be real, it absolutely isn't.

You absolute nutcase!! How can you not be complaining?!🤣🤣
Don't make me go digging through old posts to find where you were venting! 😬

And hey, I've spent plenty of time in the ER myself. I basically spent the whole ten months bouncing between the dentist (which was never an issue before!) or at the clinic getting a pilonidal sinus drained—honestly, I'd rather forget that entire month ever happened. But whatever, sometimes life just hits you like that.
The pressure on my bladder is just unreal. At this point, I can't even tell if it hurts because of an infection or if it's just my tailbone crushing everything...

I am so ready to finally give birth because I want to see her so bad it's actually insane! I just want to kiss those tiny little backs, those miniature feet, those little hands... oh my god...😍😍😍

My husband put together a little chair for her yesterday! Check out the pic!

What has truly grated on my nerves over this past week is being constantly soaked🤷.
If I dare to laugh, pass gas, get out of bed, sneeze, or even cough—a cap or two is practically guaranteed—and it stays like that all damn day.
I’m burning through pads and changing my underwear more often than I ever have in my entire life.
I swear, I’m cleaning myself up at least twenty times a day.

I am utterly fed up with this whole ordeal.🙂

Amir Khan said:Well, I’ve been dealing with this exact same thing for four months now—feeling pregnant, essentially—yet I can't even step foot outside my house without wearing a pad. I tried once, just once, and ended up walking home feeling absolutely miserable and soaked. So, don't you dare suggest that what we're going through is easy.😁

One day, I decided to try going without a pad.
Can you actually believe I went through five entire changes of underwear and still ended up wet?
It was honestly humiliating.

I gave birth about four and a half months ago, and honestly, if I had to pick the absolute worst part of the whole ordeal—even with all the physical misery I dealt with—it was the constant dismissal. Every single time I mentioned feeling nauseous, or dealing with kidney pain, or my back acting up, or just that intense pressure... I’d get hit with some variation of, "Oh, stop complaining, that's just how it is." If some guy were going through the exact same thing, people would be throwing a parade for him and treating him like a martyr because he's suffering. Even at work, they’d act like I wasn't pulling my weight, even though I was basically sprinting to the restroom every five minutes. Ugh. ☕
Honestly, us women are the real MVPs when it comes to pregnancy, trying to conceive, or just being moms...

Honestly, I’m getting on my own nerves today. I can’t even begin to explain it. I woke up feeling actually decent, and now I’m just sitting here having these random crying fits—all because I love my baby so much. It sounds completely insane, doesn't it? But yeah... it's just the hormones.

And let’s be real, calling this "the glow" is such a joke. It’s actually pretty brutal—constipation, hemorrhoids, back pain, weird discharge, bleeding gums, mood swings, zero interest in sex, and the constant stress of dodging anything even remotely questionable when it comes to food or drinks... not to mention the endless anxiety over every single lab result or ultrasound. You spend half your time wondering if everything is okay, if the scan looks normal, if things will turn out fine, and if I’ll even be a decent parent. What a "blissful" experience this truly is!

Exactly.
I reserve the right to claim I'm being driven crazy by hormones, but when someone else tries to use that excuse for me, I end up sounding like this:

OH, IT'S JUST HORMONES, IS IT?
MAYBE IF I BROKE MY TEETH OUT RIGHT NOW, YOU'D FINALLY UNDERSTAND WHAT A REAL MOOD SWING LOOKS LIKE!???????????????????

Absolute madness...

I actually posted the other day about how it feels like everything is just leaking out of every single opening in my body!
Between the constant dribbling, the discharge, and sometimes even leaking milk from my breasts... it's just non-stop... 🙈

😂😂😂 I know the feeling!🤣 But honestly, I'm not even halfway through this pregnancy yet, and I'm already terrified of what the rest of it is going to look like.

As for me, those damn hormones didn't even start messing with my head until about a month ago... 🤷
everyone deals with this stuff differently, I guess..
it isn't even constant or lasting forever either. What's really killing me is the constant pressure on my bladder... and that ache in my "pelvic bones"... ugh... it seriously hurts like crazy... but hey, what can you do? just gotta push through it! 👍

I honestly cannot tell if it is the hormonal shifts at play or something else entirely, but I find myself weeping quite frequently lately, gripped by this irrational fear that I will end up being a subpar mother—that I simply won't possess the necessary nerves or the patience required to pull it off. My husband tries his best to soothe my anxieties, telling me we'll just take it one day at a time like everyone else does and that everything will eventually settle down, but frankly, his comfort falls on deaf ears right now..😢
as for the bladder pressure, the bone aches, and the discharge—well, let's not even go there.....😁
thank goodness I am finally starting to count down the weeks.😍

Oh, hormones... I actually found myself weeping during an NFL game.
And I don't even follow football. 🤦 🤣

But my digestion was the real nightmare. Once the nausea subsided, I started taking six doses of progesterone a day, and let's just say the results were explosive. 🤦
That went on for four months—do the math. By the end, I couldn't even stand to be in the same room as myself.

Thank goodness those days are finally over. Thank God. 🙏

Look, I don't spend a single second worrying about what kind of mother I'm gonna be... 🤷
You're gonna be a great one!!! How could you be anything else?!
Sure, you might screw up sometimes—we all do—but you just fix it and move on...
I'm too busy thinking about how much I can't wait to finally hold her and shower her with love... lately, I've been daydreaming about our trip to the Florida coast and wondering if she'll end up having my birthday too (which is totally possible 😍), and if she'll look exactly like me... 🙈

Lately, I've also been obsessing over what my little peanut is actually gonna look like... it's all I can think about!!! 😬
