Redness and flaky skin in the groin area in Health ·
Not sure about the powder, but I'll tell you this—Vaseline does the trick if you just slather it on.
Here are two links with some exercises you can try.

I'd say go see a solid podiatrist, though. They'll probably tell you exactly which moves to do, and maybe suggest some custom orthotics too.
Need some help! in Health ·
Honestly, I’d suggest getting your heart checked out. Not because I think you’re actually sick, but just so you can look at some clean test results and finally shut those intrusive thoughts down. You're only 22 🙂and if you keep letting this anxiety run your life, you're eventually going to make yourself physically ill.
Plus, you'll totally fry your nerves. Then you'll be a wreck even if your heart is perfectly fine.
The real issue is all in your head 😕, so it’d be a good idea to talk about it—not just here on the forum, but with a real friend in person. If it feels too awkward to open up to someone you know, maybe hit up a therapist. I don't think you're crazy; they can just help you work through it.
As for feeling wiped out, try taking daily walks out in nature. It'll build up your stamina slowly. Just listen to the birds, soak in the surroundings, and stop obsessing over your heartbeat.
It kind of feels like you don't have enough going on, so you've made worrying about your health your full-time job. Find a hobby to get your mind off this nonsense. Lighten up, let your heart do its thing, and start actually living while you're young and ALIVE.

Anyone here ever messed around with grain sprouts?

I’ve been reading some cool pieces in "Popular Mechanics" lately about grains and legumes, and they mentioned how sprouting them makes them super nutritious—way more vitamins than just eating the dry grain.

So, I'm wondering, what's the secret to making a good little sprouting setup at home?

I tried doing wheat sprouts myself. Basically, you soak the wheat in a bowl overnight (or even all day if you want). Then, grab a shallow dish, line it with some damp cheesecloth, spread the wheat out in a thin layer, and cover it with another piece of cloth. It takes about three days to get them to a good eating size. Every morning and night, just dampen the top cloth and give the wheat a light misting with water. Don't go overboard with the water; just enough to keep things moist.
Wheat sprouts are vitamin goldmines, but definitely watch where you buy your grain so you aren't getting stuff loaded with pesticides.
