Maybe go see an audiologist? You might be dealing with inner ear crystals causing vertigo. I went through that last year—it’s incredibly unpleasant, though harmless, and you can usually clear it up in a week with some exercises. Just Google BPPV.
Yeah, over at Mistura.
Can you still do glute bridges with a bad knee? Of course you can. Squats aren't the only way to train. 😉
I highly recommend the Sciopion clinic in Cleveland for anything involving muscles, bones, ligaments, or tendons.
I dealt with some piriformis issues once I took up running, but stretching, glute exercises, and foam rolling did the trick for me.
Are H&M skinny jeans even worth the trouble? Do they stretch out instantly or just fall apart? Not looking for luxury here, just wondering if anyone can survive a single season without the knees bagging out completely.
Look, this isn't some peer-reviewed scientific study or a credible source. It hasn't been vetted by anyone. Anyone can post whatever they want online. It's just fake news.
Sandra Johnson78 said:I have a question... When this was all happening, I was a bit older... Now I'm 21. Can I still get vaccinated against HPV, and where? What's the process, if anyone has experience?
You can. There's plenty of info in an open Facebook group called "Vaccination/Immunization"—it's for anyone with questions or doubts.
Jamie Rivera78 said:Studies are already surfacing (in Australia, the United Kingdom, Norway, Sweden, and elsewhere) suggesting that Gardasil vaccination leads to a significant spike in cervical cancer rates. We're looking at roughly a 100% increase in the 15-24 demographic. It used to be a rare occurrence among young women, but apparently, those days are over. Meanwhile, rates among the unvaccinated have been dropping for years.
High schoolers get this shot for free right now. What's the point, if cancer is actually becoming more common?
Could we get links to these supposed studies? Every single one I've come across claims the exact opposite. In Australia, they’ve seen a massive drop in cervical cancer incidence since introducing the HPV vaccine.

Lately, my throat feels pretty dry most of the time, and there’s this light coating of mucus. Even my tongue has this faint white film on it. I don't have a cough, and my nose isn't running at all. But man, if I talk for more than a minute, I start getting slightly hoarse. To top it all off, I've been under an insane amount of stress lately.
Sounds like oral thrush. See a doctor; they'll likely give you some Nystatin gel and you'll be fine in a few days. Cut back on the simple sugars—fungus loves that stuff.

I'm planning to follow up with my surgeon and then see a dermatologist. My esthetician terrified me, claiming there’s nothing anyone can do at this point, but my surgeon suggested that if the nail grows back unhealthy, he might have to remove the root entirely so a plastic surgeon could fit a prosthetic nail. Now I'm stuck in limbo. Sorry for the novel. And thanks for the reply.

I had mine surgically removed due to fungus once, too. It grew back perfectly healthy. Why listen to an esthetician when you have a doctor's advice? Good luck.

Why not just head to a dermatologist and get a professional opinion? I agree—the nail should have started growing by now, which suggests you might have damaged the root. What actually happened?

Toenails take forever to grow back once they're completely gone. I lost a toenail last summer, and it still hasn't fully grown out. It took at least two or three weeks just to see any sign of growth starting from the root.
As for nail implants? No idea.

I went through something similar a few nights back. I can't quite tell if I was paralyzed, but I definitely felt like I was suffocating. It was over quickly, then I just woke up. A deeply unpleasant experience, to say the least.

Ever since I was a kid, washing up after using the bathroom has been standard practice for all the women in my family. Since we didn't have a bidet at home, I learned early on how to manage things over the bathtub. If I ever find myself stuck without the option to wash immediately, I always make sure to have wet wipes on hand. Honestly, nothing beats a quick rinse; just using paper always leaves me feeling less than clean.

I can't say much about Medicare coverage, but the private options at the Amruševa Clinic on Adamicev are decent enough. They have a partnership with Ghetaldus, so you can actually snag a discount on glasses there.
I usually just throw in an extra tip $3.25 since I hear delivery drivers are basically living on pennies. Besides, having worked in food service back in my younger days, I know exactly what kind of low-quality bread we're dealing with. I tend to give the DoorDash drivers a twenty, and honestly, it’s been a solid strategy—they actually remember me and go out of their way to be helpful next time.
