I think they both have multipliers up to 14..
So you could max out at 1400 for the VIA K8T330, or maybe hit 1850 with the VIA K8T330A...
Not sure what that works out to in PR terms 😬 but basically you can slap any Socket A processor in there..
(I actually just popped a 1700+ into my old VIA K8T330 board recently 👍 )
So, 100x13 = 1300 MHz. If that actually worked, you'd be looking at 1500+
If it did work, it'd be totally fine, since the memory is old anyway—just SDR
The RAM in there is 133 MHz.

What's even the point of those silly KT133 names if it doesn't work like that? They used the exact same logic for the KT266/a and the 400/a too.
But hey, I've got a Barton 2600 running at 2000 MHz (167x12) on an ASUS A7V with a KT333 chipset 🙂
