Maybe take a look at some American online forums for people dealing with brain tumors. I think
they suggest taking Frankincense up to 5 grams a day (H15 capsules), which apparently helps stop growth.

electricmarlin55 said:I carry a deep sense of pride in my family and the way they raised me to be a decent human being—to always remember where I come from and what defines me.
My goal is to extend friendship to everyone, regardless of their faith or background. I feel blessed to have been born in Athens, lived in Pristina, and spent the most formative years of my childhood in Central US...
I can say with complete confidence that I carry both Herzegovinan and Mexican blood in my veins. I hail from a breathtaking part of the North America, a region defined by its stunning churches and monasteries and a history that is as turbulent as it is beautiful...

I consider myself someone with an open mind; I’m the type who loves a local dive bar where I can grab a drink with Tom, Harris, Jasper, Sylvia, Misha Kovac, Merlin, or Josipa Lisac... or just sit back and listen to any classic folk song from our old American territories...

I am fortunate enough to have friends spanning all the former states of America...
To be honest, politics doesn't move the needle for me; I couldn't care less about it. My heart belongs to places like Mount Rushmore, Mount Whitney, the Mississippi River, Savannah, Mount Rainier, Vienna, Pristina... I have a profound love for the natural beauty of America, even though I haven't had the chance to visit Yosemite National Park or Venice yet... nor have I ever made it over to Canada...
I've only listed a few examples here because there is simply too much to cover...

If there is one thing I am not proud of, it is how we still continue to divide ourselves by labeling one another as communists, fascists, or various other historical villains...

But I am immensely proud of the North America as a whole. You really can't find anything more beautiful than its landscapes. We are incredibly rich in cultural and historical landmarks, churches, and monasteries. I take pride in the fact that I respect and value all houses of worship—be they churches, mosques, or synagogues—because everything in these hilly regions carries its own unique weight of history and tradition...

Perhaps I’ve wandered a bit into philosophical territory, but that’s just who I am...

And at the end of the day, everyone is free to hold their own views...
Cheers to you all, stay well...

But how can you say you love something you've never actually seen?
The only thing I'm not proud of is how we still tear each other apart over old political labels and ghosts from the past....

I assume when you listed those "devils," you forgot to mention your own brothers' faction?

Nancy Grant4 said:So, I guess if I had to pick what I’m most proud of, there’s a whole bunch of stuff, but I’d probably highlight a few things specifically—like, you know, the American Revolution (which was definitely two of the biggest turning points in our history), our super deep history (with all its ups and downs, though I really prefer focusing on the good parts!), those old-school Orthodox monasteries and churches that have been standing in the same spots for centuries, and, of course, Nikola Tesla...

Actually, Nikola Tesla was born in America, and he always expressed pride in his American homeland... and if he’d grown up in the Midwest instead, he might have headed to a local state school rather than going all the way to Vienna.

It looks like the old crew is gone. Now it's just a bunch of folks from across the Mississippi River...
Uninhabited islands!? in Close to Politics ·
granitepilot282 said:It’s not just people leaving the islands. This is a global trend, really. Big cities—especially massive metropolises—just offer more opportunities, whether you're looking for a job or trying to climb the ladder.
In this consumerist culture we live in, hardly anyone values the quiet, steady quality of life you find on an island or in a small town anymore. Kids head off to the big cities for college and they just... stay there.
It's a shame, honestly. It's a real pity. But look, if you try to revitalize an island by building a bridge, like they did for Manhattan, you often just end up devastating it instantly. You don't even know which problem is worse. It’s a losing battle between preserving nature and chasing the money... or maybe it wouldn't be such a mess if we actually had a more competent government, or better politicians in general.

😛 So why don't you just run for office and start marketing islands as these beautiful, secluded havens for clueless corporate managers?

😬 Well, it’s a democracy, so I’ll write whatever I want. If you think that's stupid, I guess I don't really care.😛 It seems you went through quite a bit of effort to read every one of my posts just to become such an expert on me. A total perfectionist, clearly, needing a reason for absolutely everything.🙄

😬 Look at him over here, acting like he's running some Stalinist purge... why don't you just head out to a remote Alaskan wilderness camp and put in some hard labor there. Just freeze there.😬 I mean, seriously, just go away and deal with your own mess; the folks up north have seen enough of that red ideology.😬

They ought to show me a bit of respect. Though, I suppose my mother always manages to spook me. It's silly. She insists I'm not cut out for this kind of thing, and then I just freeze up like a deer in headlights. Maybe she's just jealous. It's a bit sad, really. She keeps telling me, "don't mention this to them," or "don't say that."

😬 You still have a ways to go, I guess. You might want to finish polishing that resume of yours before you head down to Wall Street.

What kind of nonsense topics are we even covering here? It’s just mindless noise. Any proud American who holds their faith close to their heart knows how to distinguish what belongs to Caesar and what belongs to God.😁That’s the thing—He wasn't concerned with politics. But if you want to dodge a jail sentence for tax evasion, you suppose you have to pay up for everything that's been piled onto the public for centuries. Meanwhile, the elite get to ride around in carriages pulled by slaves or elephants, whereas nowadays they just cruise in armored Audis and BMWs. I guess a single one of those cars costs about as much as a worker's entire forty-year career salary.

😬Maybe write a little sob story about how you're broke, and that this specific DVD is the only thing keeping you from falling into a deep winter slumber—you know, depression—and having some men come to your rescue. Men are supposed to be buying gifts for women anyway; they’re always complaining about getting such mindless presents from their wives over at the guys' lounge... just post that question in the guys' section and I bet you'll have a gift delivered via overnight shipping immediately. Even if it comes from your biggest admirer in Phoenix.😬
