Of course Dennis White9 (iPhone) is wrong here—or maybe he just hasn't grasped what this guy is actually after. He isn't looking to bulk up; he wants to drop body fat and build lean muscle. Based on the routine I suggested, he’ll get exactly what he’s looking for—less fat, which naturally leads to better muscle definition.

By the way, I took a quick look at some old fitness forums and saw how you're looking, iPhone—let's just say you're "highly ranked" on there. And that's being generous compared to me... I'm nowhere near that level. 😉

Don't take it personally, but I'll dig up a photo of myself to show you my physique—since it seems like you use looks as a metric for expertise.

Later!

The way you talk—even Fury would be embarrassed by you. 🤔
I'm genuinely curious to see what this "shredded beast" actually looks like.

Steven Green2 said:I usually grab some whey (about 50-60g) and glucose (80-100g) right after my workouts. Some people can't handle the glucose—they say it’s way too sweet—but personally, it's my favorite part of the day. I live for it. 🙂

Same here.

Frankie said:I still think those supplements are strictly for pro athletes—for casual gym-goers, just watching your diet should be enough. That's my two cents. Peace.

Then walk me through something—after a brutal anaerobic session, when you need a light, fast-digesting meal in liquid form containing high-bioavailability proteins and high-glycemic carbs, what exactly are you eating from "regular" food instead of using supplements? Sure, you can swap Vitargo for something like dextrose, but what are you going to use to replace whey that’s even remotely as effective? I'd love to hear your expert solution.

Frankie said:I'm aware that whey is just dairy protein.
My point—and I think this is important—is that it seems much healthier and more cost-effective to just drink fresh whey (a liter costs less than $1.00) rather than relying on those processed powders loaded with random additives. But hey, if that's what you prefer, go for it.

So, what kind of additives are we even talking about in whey protein??? Look, a liter of fresh whey actually has relatively little protein, plus it's packed with lactose and milk fat—that’s exactly why it’s so cheap. Come on, "genius," give me one single reason why drinking fresh whey would be any healthier???!!!

Charles Vaughn50 said:Oh sure, "excellent, excellent"... you people defending capitalism just because it offers a few choices—I'm sure you're all highly educated and well-paid... but what about those folks who didn't get lucky like us? People born in developing regions where social structures don't give them the same shot at life—education, living standards, the whole nine yards? Do they get to choose, too? No. They have to accept peanuts just so we can have our stuff... just look at everything you own... from your laptop to your shoes... "Made in [insert some third-world country here]"... Of course, it's just "losers" who don't want to work, right? So they take low wages... but hey, why not? They can just quit the only company willing to hire them in a town overflowing with millions of people in the exact same situation... Or better yet... why doesn't some guy working for $1 a day just start his own business? A new Nike, man... 👍

You don't even need to look in third-world countries for that; just head out to the rural Midwest, where there's a massive population of people with zero options other than taking whatever low-paying job comes their way.
It might not be quite slavery or feudalism, but capitalism definitely has its elite circles—membership in which grants immense privilege, while everyone else is essentially oppressed and disenfranchised by the mere fact of their birth.

As for me—I just don't get the appeal of being stuck working through it all.🙄 Better to make some extra cash than to end up broke and stressed.🧐 😬
