Mind if I ask why exactly?

Carl Rivera43 said:Hey restlesstiger49, why don't you go ahead and send it? My internet connection is being a total snail today.
restlesstiger49 said:Works for me. Any meeting ideas that pop up in other threads will eventually find their way back here.
Basically, we have a new member joining this subforum, so let's get together to say hello. I’m proposing we meet this Sunday (Jan 11th), maybe around 4:00 or 5:00 PM. How about somewhere like Grand Central Station or maybe a spot near Union Square?
I also want to take this chance to invite anyone else who wants to join us and meet someone new—please feel free to speak up and let us know you're coming.
Carl Rivera43 said:Alright, sounds like a plan! Let's meet up by the monument at Main Square around 4:30.
Carl Rivera43 said:Let's try for Saturday instead. That way both the girl from New York City and Altec can actually make it
Joshua Garcia4 said:restlesstiger49 — either 4:00 PM or 5:00 PM works perfectly for me. Let's stick with the same location too—whatever the majority decides... I'm really looking forward to this! 🙂

Oh, really? That sounds great. Let's definitely make a point to stop by then. It’s not like it's a trek across the country; it's practically right around the corner.
I honestly think 2:00 PM would be a solid compromise. I don't have a strong preference either way, but I know there are a few people in the group who would find that timing much more convenient. Does that sound fair to everyone? What do you think, lonefalcon41? Are we all on the same page?
lonefalcon41 said:If you ask me, arriving that late is cutting it a bit too close... especially if things get crowded. It’s definitely safer to get there earlier.🙂
Carl Rivera43 said:So, who's actually planning on showing up for our hangout tomorrow at the Smithsonian Institution?
Let's use > to nail down an exact time. I’m thinking maybe 2:30 or 3:00? We can meet right outside the Smithsonian Institution, and then, if everyone's feeling up for it, grab some coffee afterward. What do you guys think?
shadowbear9 said:I don't suppose you actually thought for a second that I wouldn't...😛
Kevin Bailey2 said:If you want lemon balm to actually work, steam it. Put it in boiling water and breathe in the vapors. You use less, it goes straight to your brain, and it hits faster. Plus, there's less risk for the baby.
We're talking about pregnancy here, right?
Roger Carter9 said:Thanks, restlesstiger49, and thanks for nothing... I know I can be incredibly difficult and negative sometimes. Honestly, maybe it’s better if I just stop posting here altogether so I don't end up dragging everyone else down with me. But really, thank you for the support.
Roger Carter9 said:I know I won't be attending... because I'm simply not feeling up to it. Honestly, I believe those who actually do show up aren't "bad" at all, given they have the energy to go out and socialize. Enjoy yourselves.
shadowbear9 said:It is the same for me. They offered me Mirtazapine or Seroquel several times, but I told them absolutely not because those drugs make me gain an abnormal amount of weight. They keep trying new things on me, but honestly, why should I? Even they don't seem to know which one will work best for me. At that point, who wants to gamble with their health? Eventually, I suppose I'll run out of options...
Well, Xanax equals Miller equals Ativan equals Alprazolam. It is all essentially the same medication; it just so happens that I find Ativan tastes bitter and I hate swallowing it, so I prefer taking Miller instead, even though both are listed on my medical record...
So, does anyone want to tell me which antidepressant is a bit stronger so I can try it? I have been through Prozac, Zoloft, Paxil, now Effexor, Mirtazapine, and none of them have actually cured me...
