Michael Jones23 said:Wait, you guys didn't tell me this was like the whole wellness DVD collection! I could barely find this Pilates one at the local Target, ........ then I glance at the back and see it lists other DVDs too; massage, yoga, tai chi... blah blah blah... what happened to telling me all that? 😲
Omg, please check if it says the massage DVD is coming out soon!
Ugh, my posture is just trashed right now... I feel like a literal coiled spring. Spending basically my entire life hunched over a desk definitely isn't helping. Add a heavy laptop bag to the mix and it’s just game over. I try to sit up straight whenever it crosses my mind, but thirty seconds later I'm slumped back down, feeling like my shoulders are way too weak to even hold themselves up... I stretch here and there, but clearly that's not cutting it. Any good exercise recs or anything? Anyone? 😢
Get some cardio in—hit the pavement for a run, hop on a bike, or crush it on the rower... Mix in some core work too, so those abs pop while the fat just melts away... 🙂 😁
No worries, glad I could help out somehow... Just really crossing my fingers that Martin gets back on track soon, hopefully he doesn't deal with too much car trouble like Marcus Grönholm did last season... That guy lost his mind over that ride... And Sebastien Loeb? Total genius on basically any surface, such a massive talent. Really hoping both of them end up on the podium by the end of the year, maybe even alongside... Grönholm... 😁

Getting a solid medication approved these days costs about $300 million... so yeah, think about whether anyone’s really just throwing money away like that. Then you've got all the clinical trials, pre-clinical testing, and specific studies on kids, seniors, pregnant women, people with kidney issues, and so on...
To everyone out there claiming meds are some kind of scam, maybe just stay true to your word and don't take anything at all if you're gonna be that principled. A lot of drugs originally came from nature, and they're synthesized today for good reason—nothing new there.

Hey girl, > it's all just lobbies and special interest groups, just like any other industry out there...
But look, every doctor knows what they're signing up for when they take that Hippocratic Oath, and they should definitely be sticking to it. Listen, buddy, just three words... Babić-Finka-Moguš (take this as some friendly advice 😁 )

True, but then we shouldn't be bashing the whole profession so hard! It feels like that happens way too often in our society lately...
sarcasm (Greek) sharp, bitter mockery, a merciless rebuke
I just meant it bugs me how everyone assumes doctors and big pharma are all about corruption, crime, or some mafia scheme... call it whatever you want... Turns out they're just regular people driven by money and self-interest too... I don't buy into the conspiracy stuff...
Yeah, honestly, all these doctors and big pharma types are just straight-up mobsters looking out for themselves and nobody else... Fakof to that whole mindset... 😠
I thought the movie was awesome. Not trying to get all deep or philosophical here, I don't have any big critiques, it was just a solid watch. At the end of the day, it really just comes down to "to each their own," right? So yeah... 😁
If this movie is still playing, I'm definitely hitting the theater this weekend!
Has anyone else seen "Sweet Dirty Things"? It's just as amazing, but honestly, there were parts so intense I had to cover my face... (just peeking through my fingers 😁 ).
