I honestly don't care about those sugary sodas everyone else seems obsessed with, because I’ve been drinking way more Vitaminwater than I probably should.

I'm talking at least a liter a day, though if I'm being honest, I usually end up knocking back closer to two and a half liters.

It isn't even a matter of being too lazy to eat fruit, really.

I don't mind vegetables, but fruit isn't quite my thing.

Though I can't seem to recall what I was getting at, damn.

Well, I get that... though usually I just eat out on the weekends or grab something whenever my mom has the extra time to whip something up a day in advance.

And no, there is absolutely no way I’m standing over a stove cooking for myself at 6 PM.😬

🤣

I actually do sleep, though I usually head to bed by 11:00 PM because of my civilian job😲 😵
And I eat, technically, though it’s mostly junk and honestly not nearly enough volume.

If you want to know what my diet actually looks like on a typical day:

I get up at 7:00 AM, grab a Gatorade by 8:00, and then commute to work to make it there by 9:00.

Around 10:00 or 10:30, I grab something to eat, but since I'm on the move, it's nothing but fast food garbage.

Then I wrap things up around 3:00 or 3:30, get home by 4:00, and I'm still hungry.

There's usually nothing prepared for dinner at home because my mom hasn't had the time to whip anything up, so I just throw together a sandwich and call it a day.

I head out for a run around 7:30 PM.

After that, I'll have maybe two more sandwiches🤣 and that’s pretty much the extent of it.

Then it's off to bed at 11:00.

Maybe try living a bit more organized, you know? Stick to complex carbs—and by that, I mean don't count some greasy junk from McDonald's as a complex carb, because let's be honest, it's just trash... Eat plenty of vegetables, fruit, high-fiber stuff, meat, and get enough salt in (though you should probably check with your doctor first; too much sodium isn't great for the system). Also, try to get out for a slow walk somewhere in the fresh air during the day.

It happens to me too, though not quite as intensely.

And go get some blood work done, because it’s entirely possible your iron levels are running low. But seriously, if this keeps happening, don't hesitate to see a doctor.

You hit the nail on the head there, lol

It takes me forever to actually fall asleep.
Vegetables and fruit? lol lol 😁

I probably am low on iron since I've got a pale complexion, plus my bilirubin has been elevated for as long as I can remember.

I try to go for a run for at least half an hour every single day. And I'm at the local community center every day too, so... I get plenty of air :P

Like I said... a disciplined lifestyle just isn't my thing, lol... that's more my brother's vibe.😬

It isn't even about lifting things too quickly... sometimes that just makes my vision go dark for a second 😁

Though, I suppose it really comes down to what I'm eating 😢

I mean, Joe Biden, I've basically been living on nothing but sandwiches lately, and I can't remember the last time I actually picked up a piece of fruit 😵

But then again, who is actually going to change that now 😵

I had this fast food sandwich and about eight or nine chocolate donuts.
It hit me about two hours later.

I wouldn't exactly call it 😉

Then again... who knows.

Ugh, I really can't face the doctor right now...

What exactly did he tell you regarding that low blood pressure?

Gregory Turner71..

It’s not like it happens just because I’m getting up to head to the restroom; I only brought that up because things tend to get pretty intense when you're dealing with those kinds of combinations, nothing more than that.
Even while I'm just sitting there, I'll suddenly feel that "pop" and then everything starts spinning.

restlesspanther1...

As for my blood pressure, I really wouldn't know, though I'm fairly certain it used to be perfectly fine, or at least that was my impression.

It doesn't happen to me all that often, but over the last two months, I’d say it’s hit me about three times now.
Usually, it’s this perfect storm where I’m hungry, running on zero sleep, and I really need to find a restroom.

Everything is going fine, then out of nowhere, in less than half a second, my head starts spinning so violently it feels completely unnatural.
The world just starts tilting and spinning more intensely than if I’d stepped off a carnival ride, and I end up stumbling around, trying to grab onto a wall or something just to stay upright because maintaining any kind of balance becomes impossible when the vertigo hits that hard.
At the same time, I realize I’m suddenly flushing and feeling incredibly hot.

Closing my eyes actually makes it worse... though after about five seconds of the world whirling around, I try to shut them tight and focus on deep breathing just to dull the sensation.

Once the spinning finally subsides, there's still this lingering, heavy sense of unease in my head 😢

Most of the time, that feeling won't truly lift until I’ve managed to get some decent sleep.

I honestly can't figure out what's causing my 😕

If there’s any truth to what was said about urine levels... then I suppose I should start looking into liquid bacteria 🤣

I’ve been sticking to Kraft... honestly, I just knocked back a liter right after my run 😳

It goes like this: one glass immediately following the run, then a quick shower, then another glass once I'm out of the shower
then I'll whip up one to have with my meal, plus another one during the meal itself, and then another one later on

Man... I think I actually downed five or six glasses tonight alone 😁
If we’re all registered as organ donors by default anyway... it's f*cked 😁

I really shouldn't have to go out of my way just to declare that I want to donate 😬

I know, I know... I'm such a lazy bum 🙄 😁

in all your days on this earth,
have you ever seen an auntie as beautiful as me?"

I assume you’ve caught the drift here—we’re talking about the daily grind of staring at a computer screen for maybe fifteen hours a day.
It’s mandatory for work.
But it’s also mandatory for my own little deep dives and personal interests 😁 (especially over this last month).

As a result, my vision has been getting incredibly blurry lately.
What’s the move?
See an eye doctor? Sure, why not.
Or just buy some dedicated computer glasses?

And I really used to have such great eyesight. 😢

I’m in the exact same boat... I’ve always had perfect vision...

Lately, though, whenever I'm reading stuff on the computer, it feels like everything is slightly out of focus.
But whatever, honestly... when I finally need glasses, I'll just get them (and I'll probably only wear them at home 😁... which isn't a problem since I'm always home anyway 😬 )

Maybe I can even use this as an excuse to dodge the military draft. 😬 😛

Honestly... I’ve probably had at least one pack on me every single day since... uhh... 🤔...1997... 😲

God willing, I could have been loaded if I hadn't spent everything on 😬
Gum addiction help? in Health ·
Haha... I am definitely not an addict. *The crowd erupts into boos and jeers.* 😁

I don't smoke... though I suppose my Orbit Peppermint gum serves as my version of cigarettes.

There is absolutely NO CHANCE that I would ever step foot outside without having a pack on me; it’s just simply not how I operate.

And if it ever does happen, it's only because I just stepped out the door and I'm already on my way to the local 7-Eleven to grab more. 😁

I did a bit of swimming training back when I was a kid, so I actually picked up the right way to do 🙂

Dolphin stroke... that one just never quite clicked for me 😳

I’m a fan of freestyle, though I tend to burn out a lot faster than I do with breaststroke...

I really enjoy breaststroke, provided it’s done with proper technique, like a collegiate swimmer would—just without all that speed 😁 ) rather than that amateur style where you keep your head stuck out of the water the whole time..
I just got a fine from the MTA in Miscellaneous ·
Eric Wells3 said:unknown, you’re out of your mind😁😁 Here is how things look from a legal standpoint:

Regarding your rights, the transit inspector DOES NOT EXIST, they are a nobody, a non-entity, absolutely nothing.
Just an average citizen who happens to have the exact same authority as you do.
They have no right to search you, nor are you obligated to show them any ID. Generally speaking, they don't even have the right to demand that you follow them downstairs (though, honestly, it’s probably better to just comply so you don't cause a massive scene on the MTA.

In any functional country, the person checking tickets would be an off-duty police officer.
It’s a good thing we aren't exactly a functional country.😁😁😁

If an inspector grabs your arm and refuses to let you walk away, you have EVERY RIGHT guaranteed by the Constitution to take them down like a sack of potatoes. Or, if you aren't feeling particularly athletic, 😁you can ask the people around you to act as witnesses and file a lawsuit against him. By doing that, he is essentially restricting your freedom of movement.
The concept of a "citizen's arrest"—you know, like when you hear a bank alarm, see someone sprinting out with cash, and you have the right to hold them until the cops arrive—only applies to the most serious felonies (murder, armed robbery, sexual assault...) so in the case of a transit inspector, it is purely an illegal restriction of liberty.

If an inspector pulls you aside next time and demands your ID, just ask, "Are you a police officer?" If they say no, simply tell them "goodbye👋" and go about your business. Naturally, if they claim to be a cop, then you demand to see their badge.

P. S. If you and your friend actually have the guts, you can just deny everything in court and claim you never even saw the guy in your life.
It’s just your word against theirs, which only matters if the guy is actually a cop.😉

... lol... I think I'll go mess with the inspectors instead. 😬
