I actually managed to snag a $20 Logitech Attack 3
through an online marketplace. Apparently, it’s only been used once before,
so it should be in great shape. It feels really comfortable in my hand, though I guess I might just be biased because I'm so excited about it
. Honestly, having 10 buttons feels like total overkill for what I need, but I think I can make it work!

No, I actually gave it a shot and it just isn't working for me, unfortunately.
Does anyone happen to have any other recommendations?
I've been looking everywhere, but it seems like the Logitech Attack 3 is impossible to find for order online right now.😢

Back in the day at Micro Center, they used to carry the Thrustmaster T.16000M, which was also ambidextrous, but I don't think it's really available anymore.

The only real catch is that Logitech (and even that Logitech controller) doesn't offer any way to handle rudder control other than using the buttons on the stick itself.

It’s not actually about the price tag for me; I just need to make sure I can play with my left hand, and looking at the photos, it seems like it's designed specifically for righties.
I mostly just play one specific game, and I really need something reliable for flying the A-10.
I used to have some kind of universal controller, but my dog ended up chewing through the cable, and even before that, it was pretty sluggish whenever I tried to pull off any sharp turns.

I mean, it's such a tiny town where there's basically just one specialist clinic, and honestly, those doctors might be misleading people; they claim they won't perform a procedure simply because the law doesn't allow it.
It’s not like I’m some idiot who can't go and verify that for myself!

I was wondering, if I happen to have a referral for a specialist from a clinic in a place like San Diego, would it be okay to take that to a different city, say New York, for an appointment?

By the way, from my own experience, I’ve found that hepatitis B can almost be self-resolving.
You catch it, you deal with it, and then eventually, you just move past it and it's gone.
As for hepatitis C, I guess I’ll have a better idea about whether it's fully curable in about six months.

I think I've finally stumbled upon a total lifesaver!
It's the Dolokain gel (which contains lidocaine).
The pain usually subsides within about 2 to 3 minutes.
A 25g tube is usually enough for $13, and honestly, the relief can last quite a while.
Since my discomfort is internal, I find I have to apply it manually with my finger.
There is an applicator included, but it’s pretty small and, if I'm being honest, makes the whole process incredibly painful to deal with.

Well, it's actually been bleeding for three days now.

The first day was probably the worst; I was seeing quite a few blood clots.
Since then, the amount of blood seems to have decreased slightly each day.
In the last 24 hours alone, I've had to run to the restroom at least 15 times. Out of those trips, I actually had bowel movements about 2 or 3 times.

And honestly, it doesn't even hurt all that much.

I've been taking about six Voltaren and six Normabel
(splitting them 3x2) which makes things feel a little better, I guess.

As for surgery, I’m stuck in this endless loop where I have to wait for a referral to a proctologist, then fight through a crowd of maybe 50 people just to be told I need *another* referral for proctology, and then it starts all over again—having to go back to my primary doctor just to get the referral for the actual surgery.

And don't even get me started on how exhausted Hepatitis C leaves me.
I deal with PTSD as well, and believe me, this whole waiting game is driving me absolutely crazy.
The constant pushing and shoving, plus the rudeness from some of the nurses and those grumpy old guys trying to cut in line... it’s just incredibly frustrating.
To make matters worse, I've been waiting two months just for my state ID card because they can only process those specific ones in a major hub like Chicago.

And then, just four days ago, I ended up passing about half a liter of blood without any stool.

It was dark. And it hasn't happened in quite a while.

Well, I have to say, I was dealing with some bleeding just a couple of months back.
And occasionally, my rectal area gets incredibly swollen, quite painful, and feels intensely hot.
