Honestly, Zinc has been an absolute game-changer for me—total madness, really. Whenever I’ve had to lock in and focus for intense study sessions or just grind through a long day at work, it’s been my secret weapon. And, uh, if I'm being completely blunt, I even noticed some pretty solid improvements in my stamina and overall well-being during sex... let's just say things were definitely moving in a positive direction there. But then, get this—I went to talk to the lady at the local CVS, and she gave me this whole lecture about how you shouldn't take it for more than 15 days straight. She was clearly thinking about those crazy flu outbreaks that hit everyone during the winter, but still. Anyway, I’ve been taking it in those lozenge-style tablets—Zinc Defense—and honestly, it works wonders.

So, I was reading some studies the other day—you know how it goes, everyone’s got an opinion—and apparently, you need at least seven hours of shut-eye just to stay sane and functional. Though, let's be real, everyone's body is wired differently. Personally, I hit my stride when I manage to snag about 7 or 7.5 hours... if I get any less than that, I'm basically a zombie walking around. What about you guys? How much sleep do you actually need to feel human?

I’m having a total meltdown with Microsoft Word—I’m trying to put together a single page for a Table of Contents like this:

1. INTRODUCTION.............................................. ......................... 1

2. START....................................................... ...................... 2

2.1. BLA BLA............................................... ........... 4
2.2. ETC.................................................... 6
.
.
.
etc

The issue is—and this is driving me absolutely insane—I cannot get the page numbers to line up vertically. They’re all over the place, just floating at random distances from the text, and it’s making my skin crawl.
I’ve tried messing with the left and right alignments separately, and I even tried the justify option to spread everything out, but nothing is working. It's just a mess.
Seriously, if anyone has actually dealt with this before, please, please help a person out so I can stop stressing about it!!!
