Hey everyone. Not sure if this fits here, but I could really use some advice. About a year ago, I got a call from Chase about an outstanding debt of roughly $167. Since I'm just a student and the only account I ever had there was a checking account I already closed, I have no idea where this came from. The lady on the phone was pretty intense, too. I finally went into the branch yesterday—honestly, I kept stalling for a year because I just didn't want to deal with it. The teller told me it’s from a checking account opened about two years ago. I don't even remember opening one, and there's zero reason for me to have it. I don't even have a debit card; I'm positive I never even picked one up. Long story short, she said they sent a formal demand letter to my address, but since I moved and am registered at a different place, I never saw it. Turns out, the whole debt is just accumulated monthly maintenance fees. The teller is calling me back today to give me the final number because she couldn't even find the exact amount in her system given how old it is. My main question is: when do I actually have to pay this off? And should I be worried about the police showing up with a warrant or having to deal with a courtroom? Thanks a bunch!

Hey there! I was hanging out in Central Park today and spotted some elderberry blossoms. Some guy gave me a recipe to grab 30 blossoms and soak them in 4 liters of water since they're pretty big, then toss in 3 kg of sugar and 200 g of citric acid and let it sit for 24 hours. My issue is I went ahead and dumped the flowers, sugar, and acid all in at once. Am I gonna be okay, or did I totally wreck the juice? I'm seeing other recipes where you wait 24 hours for the flowers to sit in cold water before adding the sugar and acid. Thanks!

I’m a little lost here. I save the photo to my desktop, upload it to Imgur, then grab the direct link to paste onto Reddit. But before that, I try using the "insert image" tool, and nothing shows up on the site at all.

Hey there! I’ve run into a bit of a snag. I just set up online banking with JPMorgan Chase and got my hardware token. I went ahead and changed the initial PIN they sent me, but now I can't get in. Every time I try to log in to the portal, I enter the number from the back of the token into the token field along with the App1 code, but it just keeps hitting me with an "incorrect login info" error and telling me to call the help desk. It won't even tell me if the token number or the App1 code specifically is wrong—it just says everything is incorrect. I really need to pay a bill urgently, so this is pretty stressful. If anyone knows what might be going on, please let me know. Thanks!

How do I get my PC to go into standby mode just like it did back in the Windows XP days? It keeps shutting down on me all the time, especially when I'm hanging out at home, and then it just locks up after a while. I'm really just looking for a way to set it to sleep mode whenever I step away from the desk.
