At the end of the day, they’re all just people—except for one, who’s basically just one less psychopath out in the world. 😁

if you ask me,
the end of the movie really highlights how twisted religious zealots can be.
🙂

I mean, burning a woman at a sham trial while clutching a Bible that literally forbids murder? That’s dark.
😵

God forgave them; they didn't realize what they were doing. 😁

Sure, but I don't think God has anything to do with it. 😁

The ending is actually pretty crucial, isn't it? It really drives home the idea that the woman was just sick—driven entirely by this deep-seated hatred toward the English.

But hey, that's just my two cents. 😳
Sandra King86 said:Look at him go! You really have to be mindful of people's feelings here; as far as I know, she's considered either blessed or a saint in the Catholic Church.

The woman has been dead for centuries... she doesn't exactly have "feelings" left to hurt. 😁

If you ask me, she was just delusional.

The whole idea that God actually gives a damn about some specific country or its king is pretty absurd, don't you think? 😵
God 😂

Are you talking about the guy who's basically just a byproduct of her schizophrenia? 😁

😢 😳

What do you mean "don't have"? Just look at how three guys hiding in the woods managed to dismantle four entire German divisions during the war. 😁

If that isn't supernatural or just plain badass, I don't know what is. 😍
I’m actually a fan—there’s plenty of death in this one. 😍

Did you catch that part where they nailed the guy with the arrow? 😲

And did you see how that one guy handles his sword? 😲

😁

It’s a decent movie, but honestly, I’ve had my fill of other people's history. I'd much rather see a film about King George Washington 🙂

Fair point. Definitely true.

Total garbage "documentary"

I mean, what’s actually the point of eating the exact same meal every single day?

If someone lived on nothing but pork or greasy fast food, they'd probably drop dead eventually. 😁

As far as McDonald's is concerned, this supposedly "masterpiece" documentary isn't going to stop me from swinging by whenever I need a quick bite on the go.

I don't really care for McDonald's anyway, and honestly, I can't help but look at anyone who eats there daily—which, let's face it, probably only happens in the USA—as a bit of an idiot.

Could you elaborate?

Is it still a stupid question, or do I really need to explain that an unarmed American caught in the middle of such chaos was in serious trouble?

Don't try to feed me that demagoguery or keep hammering on about war conflicts.

The question is straightforward, and my answer is too.

Arthur Cooper5 said:If I were prompted by an article claiming that Mexican drivers had stepped up to help Mikulica,
I’d probably just ask everyone here: would you personally step in to help a Mexican in need?

I'd help anyone in trouble, honestly. Isn't that a bit of a silly question?
