I don't even know where to start with this mess, honestly. It’s just one thing after another with these guys, isn't it? You look at the situation and it feels like we're stuck in some endless loop of bad decisions and even worse excuses. I was reading what Thomas Williams59 had to say earlier, and yeah, he’s got a point about the lack of direction, but even that feels like an understatement at this stage. It’s like everyone involved is just playing a different game entirely, completely disconnected from reality. And don't even get me started on the management side of things. It reminds me of those small-town bourgeois types who think they can run a massive operation by just following outdated rules and ignoring how the actual world works. They’re so caught up in their own little bubble that they can't see the house is on fire right in front of them. It’s frustrating, man. You want to believe there's a plan, but then you see the results and realize it's all just smoke and mirrors. Christian Jones was chiming in too, trying to make sense of the chaos, but let's be real—trying to find logic in this disaster is like trying to stick two pieces of smooth plastic together without any Velcro. It just won't hold. There's no grip, no foundation, nothing. We're just drifting. I've been sitting here thinking about it for an hour, just staring at the news, wondering when the inevitable collapse is going to happen. It feels less like a strategy and more like a slow-motion train wreck that nobody wants to grab the brakes for. Just total madness. kaže:
Man, those old-school Bad Boys seriously knew how to belt it out—way better than the crowd we're seeing these days.😁

Man, if only those old-school Bad Boys were still running the show today. Back then, they were our guys—real ones who actually stood their ground, even if they were out there lighting flares and clashing with the cops, making the club and Washington, D.C. look bad in the process. Now we just get these modern kids who have zero respect for a man like Zdravko Mamić. He was a legend, honestly; remember how he’d be right there handing out sandwiches over the barricades, risking his life for the cause? These new generations wouldn't know real loyalty if it hit them in the face.

I think this is the only way I’d actually sit through the whole thing.

Yeah, honestly, I bet if people watching TV over in Ukraine caught a glimpse of this banner, they wouldn't have a freaking clue what's going on 😁

Speaking of those topics, the US police have added what they call pepper spray to their gear, though they were illiterate enough in their own press release to call it "paper." Honestly, sounds more like a spray that just shoots out scraps of paper...

The thing is, even if you look at Batman or the Hobbit, they’re still basically just English clubs at the end of the day. Right now, Dinamo is basically just "let's just be friends 2" with Bren.

🙂
Have you even looked at the stands lately during away games? Because I, someone who feels like a total outsider there myself, have clearly been around more than you. That whole geriatric crowd you’re whining about—even including that last Zeldi guy—it’s mostly just kids now. Honestly, you’re clearly the one who’s out of the loop here.

Kevin Gray86 said:Most journalists and news outlets just push this left-wing garbage, and the Bad Boys have this reputation for being right-wing nationalists. Any move the Bad Boys make is going to get stabbed in the back by columnists—not because of any actual repression or because of Jerry Jones, but simply because the Bad Boys are blatant nationalists and they’ve made sure everyone knows it. That's where the double standard lies. When the Black and Gold Army sets off flares, it’s "atmosphere," but when the Bad Boys do it, they're suddenly "hooligans." They were like this then, they are like this now, so just deal with it; this stuff has been going on since the Soviet Union days, and journalists haven't changed one bit.

I can agree with you that the media in general doesn't vibe with the toughness and nationalism of the Bad Boys, but I don't see why you feel this constant, absolute need to reduce everything and everyone down to a political level. Like, even if someone's talking about a site like Index, which I might even agree with in principle, it really all depends on the specific section or the individual writer, even if they shift their stance over time. People are allowed to do that as long as they're being somewhat honest... and look, even the Bad Boys shifted gears from being totally passive and intentionally sweeping those mafia-style takeovers of Real Madrid under the rug to actually engaging in a much less pleasant, active fight... and honestly, regarding yesterday's flare situation involving both the Bayern Munich fans and The 12th Man, I think Al Pacino really hit the nail on the head.
New fan laws: What do we think? in Fans ·
Look, I’m not saying it’s nothing—let’s not spread misinformation here—because I hear they’re going to try this private legal route, and I know how much those things drag on because lawsuits are a massive headache, and trust me, I get the struggle. But like I was saying... we really need to be pushing for a broader campaign and a constitutional challenge too. Just because the previous attempt at a constitutional challenge against the old law got tossed doesn't mean we shouldn't try it again. And again. And again. You gotta back it up with a massive public campaign. Like I mentioned before, there are provisions in place right now that should theoretically fall into place like dominoes; for instance, a cop’s random, discretionary decision shouldn't be allowed to override a court ruling and effectively just nullify it. What’s even the point of having court mandates or specific deadlines if some beat cop can just decide—even after your sentence and your ban have expired—to keep you out of the stadium FOREVER just because he "feels" like it?
And that’s just one single issue that needs to be dismantled, assuming any justice actually exists anymore. But hey, there’s always hope that a tiny shred of fairness is left in this society; it’s way too easy to just roll over and give up ahead of time.
New fan laws: What do we think? in Fans ·
It really depends on how you look at it, but honestly, the fight hasn't even truly kicked off yet. Nobody has actually launched a real campaign—legally, through the media, or politically—to go after the establishment that just does whatever the hell it wants. And let’s be real, the only ones with enough muscle and organization to actually pull that off are the fan associations. Sure, there's this whole "spite-driven resistance" thing happening, but that’s just noise; it’s basically suicide. What we actually need are people willing to take them to court for every single abuse of power. We need fan groups to step up and file a massive lawsuit with the Supreme Court over this latest Sports Fan Act (they tried with the previous amendments and failed miserably). There's so much idiocy involved, from command responsibility to masking—not to mention how they maintain these lists of hundreds of people where only a handful actually face bans, using the rest just to mess with our heads... This stupid law basically allows them to punish someone twice for the same thing, like issuing a ban based on two totally contradictory reasons where one doesn't even hold water.
Look, if a court issues a ban during a legal proceeding, then fine, that’s a judicial decision regardless of what anyone thinks. BUT, suddenly this law gives some cop total discretionary power to deny someone entry to Yankee Stadium on the spot just because he has a "hunch that they behaved unlawfully." Then what the hell are courts and penalties even for?? If is talking about having a hunch that someone is already banned—since that's the only way to prove someone acted illegally—then you can't have hundreds of names on a list and then start banning people who aren't even on it.
Either way, the law shouldn't work like this; stuff like this needs to be challenged in the Supreme Court, people need to sue... but whatever. It's like nobody has the energy left, and everyone is just leaning into nihilism and a slow, quiet surrender. Goddammit.

By the stadium gates, not "doors," my bad. Just a slip of the tongue.

Here’s just my two cents and a pretty basic question, so please don't take this as an invitation to start throwing shade or picking fights with each other—I'm actually looking for some real action here.
What exactly is stopping American supporter groups from pooling all their resources—legal, media, whatever it takes—to launch massive campaigns on a national level? We need to go beyond just complaining about laws (which are unconstitutional in so many ways anyway, not to mention how the police and the whole repressive apparatus love to abuse them) and act like that German Pirate Party did.
Their whole campaign was built on the idea that "human rights don't stop at the stadium gates" and pushed for the decriminalization of pyrotechnics and everything else...
http://www.piratenpartei.de/2013/08/...tadiontor-vor/
If you ask me, now is absolutely not the time to be obsessing over "fan codes of conduct." The government isn't some rival fan club; state officials aren't just twisting the law to screw you over, they’re eventually screwing over the entire public. Once they start using laws to repress people and exercise political whims, it becomes a way to terrorize anyone who happens to be disobedient to whoever is in power. That's why I think a real campaign and actual activism matters way more than any of the petty stuff supporter groups are distracted by right now.
The general public—or those idiots in the stands clapping while the cops clear out a section for some verbal offense that isn't even a crime—needs to realize that once certain things become "normalized," their own freedoms are next on the chopping block. There’s no limit to how far they’ll go if they manage to label someone a collective enemy and convince the public that wiping them out is necessary. It's a textbook totalitarian tactic.

The "most loyal" fans from the West side who show up once a year with their season tickets should probably just share the East stands at the stadium with the BBB; honestly, I bet they won't even show up.😍

Robert Cooper60 said:so basically if you light a flare right there and some security guard shows up
you just tell him to get lost and claim he’s got no business breathing down your neck since you're the one taking responsibility for that spot🙏

It’s not even just about that, though. You're at home, you handed your ticket to your buddy who slipped in under the radar, or maybe you stepped out for a breather during halftime while the guy you came with hangs back by your seat and sets off a flare. A security guard rolls up, and your buddy—already part of the plan—hands him his phone with you on the line, and then you just tell the guy to shove it because he's overstepping his bounds.
Bad Boys - Part IV in Fans ·
A ticket holder isn't responsible for whoever happens to be holding their ticket at the time; legally speaking, you just can't hold someone liable for someone else's actions under any law, period. Whether it’s criminal or just a misdemeanor, the only person who answers for an act is the one who actually DID it, end of story. And if they want to pin it on someone, they’ve got to actually prove that person was the one pulling the strings.
I honestly don't get it—are the suits over at Dinamo just total jerks, or are they just completely clueless? Or maybe they've just decided to start throwing around threats because they think people are too lazy to care and will just let it slide.
Look, if I hand my ticket to someone else, I don't owe anyone an explanation. That person is the one on the hook for whatever happens. If they break the rules and sneak into the stadium—not even sure if there's any penalty for that other than being told to beat it—or if they start causing trouble, that's entirely on them.

They didn't even need to bother publishing a whole book about it; they should have just flagged this to UEFA as their partner and demanded sanctions, you know, like the stuff we're seeing now.

Kevin Gray86 said:I'm just speaking in general terms here.

Look, I don't know, you can't just generalize everything and jump to these massive conclusions based on how some English fans act. If you look at the top five leagues, you've got Germans, Italians, and plenty of others who still have those hardcore supporter sections, big choreographies, people actually standing up—it's happening. In some German stadiums, they even have official standing sections, and honestly, the club owners there actually encourage it as part of their core identity and values. So it’s not all doom and gloom, and what happens on the west stand one day isn't the end of the world when most of the stadium is 99% empty anyway. Just because you have to hunt for a seat in one section doesn't mean the whole culture is dead or that it'll be the same for the north stand or whatever.

God, where are you even going with this, and who exactly are you trying to convince when it’s clearly not working? If the Dynamo situation and Mamić aren't actually "the biggest deal" to you, then I honestly don't get why you're constantly whining and dragging everyone else down with your endless nonsense about it.
Bad Boys - Part IV in Fans ·
I don't even know if he’s pulling some boss-level stunt like Rožić did back at that assembly when over 300 fans were out there protesting; remember how he just looked them dead in the eye and basically told them they could go ahead and "start their own club"? Honestly, I know exactly who this kind of talk benefits—it’s perfect for someone looking to screw over every single fan and rival just so they can keep milking their cash cow in peace. So, if you ask me, I couldn't care less about those kinds of half-baked ideas.

Look, sorry if I’m crashing this party and sticking my nose where it doesn't belong, but here we go.
Here’s a little homework assignment for the crowd that loves to bark orders like, "Hey, just squeeze all that into two or three pages," acting all high and mighty like they're ordering a latte. And yeah, that goes for the people "supporting" that kind of attitude, too. It’s honestly ridiculous that this group needs an explanation after three years of constant, exhaustive, deep-dive, bulleted breakdowns covering everything from criminal offenses and broken laws to how the entire state apparatus is basically working for one guy, not to mention the private contracts and the endless money laundering and draining of funds. We've been explaining this non-stop for years—on websites, on TV, in person, in writing... it’s all there.
But look, since there’s zero chance you haven't already caught on or felt the sting of it yourselves, and since in a fight like this there shouldn't be any more "higher-ups" you can just order things from—meaning, instead of saying "they should do it"—you guys just need to start doing it YOURSELVES. Take some initiative for once. Anything. Once you actually start something, everyone else will jump on board and follow suit easily enough. The problem is clearly just getting the ball rolling. So, fine, let's start with something like this brochure, if you actually (?) believe that—considering the group itself is still suffering under this theorist, and even after three years of concise, detailed, and massive explanations regarding crimes, legal violations, the repressive machinery serving one individual, those shady private deals, and the blatant money draining being laid out everywhere from the web to television, both verbally and in print—that the "silent majority" still hasn't gotten the hint.
Don't give me that "I'm not really good with words" crap when you're capable of typing out mile-long manifestos right here. Honestly, using plain language and just listing the facts would be way better.
For the crew that hasn't joined the club or started recruiting members yet, you're cutting fifty percent of the explanation out of your lives immediately. It'll be easier for you because you won't have to deal with the headache of speaking up, demanding anything, or trying to explain democracy and transparency on behalf of someone else.
Just a random thought...
