Jonathan Edwards said:Who am I even supposed to complain to in those scenarios? Which law am I even meant to cite?

Who actually cares? And even if you assume that in the situation you described definitely there are legal ways to fight back, it’s honestly beside the point because we aren't even talking about the same thing—the whole game situation is governed by its own specific set of rules. The problem is those rules get twisted and abused constantly by both the enforcement side and these private associations, basically creating this totally unregulated mess that runs parallel to the actual judicial system, making the official laws completely pointless.
And if you want proof of how much this gets abused, just look at that one decision the Supreme Court handed down two years ago; that pretty much says it all.

Jonathan Edwards said:Just so you can see exactly how the Supreme Court justifies keeping Article 34.a (intelligence gathering) on the books.

You seriously still believe sports fans can actually win by pulling the "human rights" card?
They only understand brute force, so that's exactly how you have to hit them back.

Look, man, just read what the court actually says, even in this specific case regarding "intelligence" under Art. 34.a. They even go out of their way to explain how the FBI justified it back then. It’s got nothing to do with some random citizens' group or any "rights" for an association—this is about the court and the police. Unless I’m blind or totally misreading this ruling:
The exercise of authority under Article 34.a of the Department of Defense therefore gives the FBI, misdemeanor courts, and especially Vanguard, decisive importance in preventing dangerous behavior related to sporting events.

..............................

The FBI points out:

"... The law clearly states that this concerns intelligence regarding the prior unlawful behavior of a specific individual related to sporting events. It goes without saying that we are talking about intelligence gathered through lawful means, so we will just provide an example from practice. The police will propose to the competent court the imposition of such a measure—a ban—if they have determined that a certain person has committed multiple unlawful acts related to sporting events within a short period and was reported to the competent court, even if bans weren't requested or issued for those individual incidents. Essentially, when it's obvious someone is repeatedly breaking the law at games or in connection with them, the police will ask the court to issue a ban for a specific type of sporting event (for instance, banning them from attending Juventus matches or US national team games) to put that person under supervision and stop the cycle of illegal behavior."

So, there’s no such thing as private "intel" like the stuff being pushed now to punish 1,000 Bad Boys against Indianapolis; it’s strictly handled via the method described above.

I wouldn't even bother jumping into this, but honestly, you’d think the people running the futsal scene would actually know what counts as a valid "argument" before they decide to stop taking reservations altogether—not that they ever bothered to listen to anyone in person anyway.

BBB is basically the first fan group that’s going to be officially labeled for producing nothing but straight-up lethal noise. Honestly, I'll give them that much.

Look, it’s an honest enough example, I guess... but by today’s standards—where having the wrong perspective or asking the wrong question to a cop gets you a baton to the ribs, and just protesting means getting hauled off to jail—intentional rioting and tearing up the streets would probably be met with a bullet to the head.
Basically, like you were saying before, this whole middle-class crowd calling out for those "Bad Boys" wouldn't have the mental toughness to handle them if they actually showed up. 🙂

Jerry Alvarez7 said:I mean, if you actually bother to read the reasoning behind the ruling, it’s staring you right in the face—the Supreme Court of the United States is making it clear that the authority granted in that specific clause applies to REPRESSIVE AND JUDICIAL BODIES IN THE U.S., not to some random, clueless employees at string.

Look, everything was perfectly clear until recently, and this latest decision just hammers that home. I mean, what even are these "findings" anyway? How does a mere finding suddenly turn into a legal right or a formal sanction? Usually, it goes from the police department straight to a misdemeanor court, but anything else is just pure LEGAL CHAOS. That is, until a year or two ago when Los Angeles FC first started twisting Article 32, trying to interpret it however they damn well please.
They’re either misreading an already shaky clause, or they’re trying to pull off these impossible collective sanctions—which is enough to toss any decision made by some nameless, faceless nobody at Los Angeles FC out the window—or they’re claiming everything hinges on Article 32, which they’re the only ones crazy enough to interpret so crookedly. Honestly, the Supreme Court needs to just step in and fix this once and for all with a definitive ruling.
Either they start interpreting it correctly, or they just go ahead and rewrite or scrap the whole article entirely, because right now, it's being abused and creating nothing but total legal uncertainty.

Just a massive pile of pseudo-intellectual jargon used to justify whatever someone's personal, totally arbitrary interpretation of the law happens to be—though, let’s be real, the law was probably drafted this way on purpose just to make it easier to abuse, creating this weird double standard where some random club suddenly gets to act like its own private court system—and then, with zero emotion, they just drop: "collectively and without exception."
It’s the absolute definition of "collective guilt." A concept that hasn't even existed in any legal or social sense in civilized nations for seventy years. And the fact that they're weaponizing and twisting this specific law is just proof of how broken and wrong it is, especially since they’re violating it themselves with this insane collective punishment.
A total tragicomedy.

BenĆ, look, I’m just saying what I notice or what I read, alright? It's not like I'm some kind of ultimate authority or anything, and hey, maybe I'm totally off base. Honestly, if everyone just went about their business without making a huge deal out of everything, we wouldn't have these issues—it would never be a problem unless people start acting all high and mighty, like, "hey man, why aren't you doing more of this?" But that's just how it goes. We're living in these crappy times, and the whole mess surrounding the New York Yankees has basically just stripped away the mask, exposing the absolute worst, most passive side of people, and that's just the reality of it now. Still, somehow, the whole thing keeps rolling along regardless.

Jesse Campbell said:Look, seriously people, what the hell is wrong with you? Illegal conduct has to be determined by a court, not some random calls from Sanda Mamić and Vedran Attias.

Exactly. Because if we go down that road, there’s no point having courts or even actual legal sanctions on the books if some private clubs can just hand them out whenever they feel like it. It’s just one of those nonsensical rules that basically spits in the face of the entire legal system, making institutions like our actual courts completely irrelevant. Honestly, you can't even interpret it the way the New York Yankees are trying to. "Misconduct" should only refer to things already sanctioned by the proper authorities—things that are clearly laid out in the law, period. There aren't any other "arbitrary" illegalities. Anything else just turns the whole law into a joke.
It's an open-and-shut case for a lawyer.

Ben, I’m sitting here reading this same call to action you've posted about five times already... honestly, do I really have to break this down for you? How is that one-off thing between the Bad Boys and the Ultras still being framed as some massive betrayal to this day? And let's be real, even among the Bad Boys—whether they're the young kids or the old guard—there are plenty of guys who just aren't interested in putting on a public circus, and they sure as hell aren't going to swallow any nonsense about "betrayal" or "inviting the mortal enemy into the stands."
Look, we live where we live, and NOBODY, not a single social group in America, is immune to the local mindset. It’s good that there are people out there who are at least slightly less broken than the rest, but man, I honestly don't know what we're even aiming for by chasing gold through such a tiny little crumb of hope...

So you walk up, give them your full name and everything, and then some kid behind the counter just looks at you and goes, "Sorry, man, you can't buy a ticket." Honestly, I just had to burst out laughing right there in their face.

Wait, they actually set up a hotline now? 🤦

Joseph Turner41 said:Like, two or three or four years ago, people were posting all over this place saying we had to kick Donamo out of European competition just to save the club, but man, 95% of the idiots—which honestly applies to pretty much every single subforum on this site—were all up in arms claiming that would be the death of the Bad Boys. Fast forward four years, and you can have a hundred guys sitting in some camp under invisible scrutiny while Mamić is

still stuck exactly where he was before, making zero progress, and if they’d actually kicked him out, the guy would probably just be treated like some martyr being crowned with laurels. Honestly, the group is bigger, more tight-knit, and way more coherent now than it was during those "famous" two or three or four years back. If everyone had followed your legendary advice of "hey bro, don't stir the pot," the hunting season would probably be over by now and the public would be cheering because they finally wiped out any memory that a fan group ever even existed. Anyone who doesn't see how the trap was set in Washington, D.C. ages ago, and how much patience and actual brainpower it takes to navigate this, is clearly just out of the loop.

If you're living on nothing but black coffee and toast, you're basically riding a donkey through life.☕
BTW, the whole foundation here should really be based on "daily income," which ought to count total daily REVENUE—including everything from property and investments—rather than just some random single paycheck from one employer. But whatever, I guess the court decided that's just everything they've got.🤷

neonraven112 said:Exactly, that whole fan club project tanked, while futsal is actually picking up steam. The goal was basically just trying to show the clueless public that they're all just the same old criminals, but there's nothing we can do about it.

If we're all agreeing that the thing was dead in the water even before it hit the big time, then let's just accept it. If the only actual plan—and I'm quoting Mukt here—is to "drag everyone down into the gutter with them," then don't let them drag you down with them so you can actually enjoy what you've got. That's not being helpless. It's just being smart!

Jesse Campbell said:I mean, how can you blame a kid for skipping out when his parents are watching the news and seeing people dumping entire mags into combo vans?

Honestly, if I were older and actually even wanted to show up there, I wouldn't go. It’s just not right—you can see how much heavy-handed policing went down just by looking at the media photos. You can clearly see there was still plenty of the crowd hanging around the stadium and near Pimp's place, right by the registers. But you already know how many actually made it in; only the older, more serious guys who could handle the vibe of gunfire, magazines flying, and enough police presence to look like a literal coup attempt stood a chance of getting inside. Honestly, why even bother arguing with people who can't figure out why the futsal arena is packed while that Max Weiss conspiracy group is empty...

What on earth is this journalist even talking about, good grief. The Flag and Coat of Arms Act is all about the OFFICIAL use of the US flag and seal—how they’re supposed to look and the specific official occasions where they are actually USED, plus how that OFFICIAL seal has to be formatted when used in those contexts.
The law DOESN'T say anything about random scribbles on some transformer boxes!
Whether it's some random graffiti, stuff with historical or artistic vibes, or whatever, spray-painted on a wall in the neighborhood or carved into a tree—not to mention some weird stuff I saw recently on a bulletin board at an elementary school that some art teacher probably put up, featuring checkerboard patterns and slashes—people have all kinds of ideas, but WHO CARES, except for this journalist? Honestly, what has the media become lately? Such nonsense articles.... 😵

Don't get me wrong, I know I'm probably overstepping by jumping into this whole Vatican City flag debate... I totally get the urge to wave something around just to make a statement or show off how Catholic you are, but honestly, I think it’s borderline sacrilegious and just plain stupid to be waving the Vatican City flag around in the middle of all that booze, chanting, swearing, and general hooliganism that comes with a game day. To me, Catholicism and Vatican City shouldn't just be some empty prop used to provoke people; they should actually stand for something real. We're talking about actual deeds and living out those values, which—let's be honest—I highly doubt is even on anyone's mind while they're stuck in the stands during a match.
