We've got two ways this goes. Either Mexico loses or draws against Mexico, or Germany pulls a similar stunt against Romania. If we end up tied with Germany on points, our head-to-head tiebreaker puts us at a disadvantage.

We’re still pulling ahead here, 9:5, 47% shooting, and we had an extra man on the floor for 3/4 of the game. Not bad.

Even if we drop one to France, we still have a shot. We’d just need to beat the Americans, and hope France loses to Iceland or Spain keeps stumbling. Everything should clear up after next round since everyone is still technically in the hunt.
