Emily Barnes78, check out these threads on sustainable weight loss where you're looking at dropping maybe a couple of pounds a month through actual nutrition and exercise. It's about making those habits stick until they become your lifestyle, rather than just some temporary diet...

Does anyone here have experience with this, or at least know where one could go to get a septic system pulled out and what kind of rates we're looking at...
thanks🙂
I've never heard of anything like that happening...🤷
Not one of them, since we're getting ready for a new baby to arrive 😍 otherwise, I don't mind having a drink and lighting up when I'm out with friends, but that’s just a few cigarettes with coffee or cocktails—maybe one to five a day... and honestly, it would be better if I quit right now, because I absolutely loathe being a smoker...
Finding a decent gynecologist in smaller towns is like hunting for a needle in a haystack... My doctor won't even let you book an appointment whenever you need one; she’s only available two specific days out of the month. It's absolutely ridiculous...
Even if the swelling is caused by something else, I don't see how that could be considered trivial. In any case, I'm leaving it in the hands of the doctors, since they're actually the experts in this field...
coastalviper17 said:Of course I’ll let you know 🙂. Honestly, why is everyone obsessing over these specific hormonal protections 😂? A woman can experience her period and be pregnant at the same time without any issue whatsoever...
I actually heard about a woman who was three months pregnant and still had her period...
coastalviper17 said:The period arrived exactly when expected, so there's no doubt it was an actual period rather than some random discharge or whatever... and it lasted for just one single day. The waiting is truly the worst part....
I'm skeptical because of that bolded part; what kind of nonsense lasts only one day? 😕
coastalviper17 said:She had a period about 5 or 6 days ago that only lasted a single day, so I have no idea how he can be so certain she's pregnant or claim a test will definitely confirm it...
I highly doubt that was actually her period... if that wasn't her period, then by my math, she’s likely about six weeks along, which is plenty of time for an OBGYN to detect it during an exam.

I'm with her on this one! 😍
We should probably just start a whole new thread dedicated to how to avoid packing on the weight during pregnancy (aside from the obvious stuff like water retention and... well, you know...)
Well, now I’m actually shocked!!! But okay, no hard feelings. I’m planning on getting pregnant very soon myself, so I won't be holding a grudge 😉 I just stick to whatever workout routine works for me, which isn't even that intense... honestly, Serena Williams knows what she's doing!
I’ve had to switch doctors a few times because of moving, and I’ve never run into any issues... but you're telling me you actually have to state that you're relocating? 😂 I honestly assumed that rule was a thing of the past, especially since those physician selection forms always list reasons like being dissatisfied with your current doctor. I figured you just circled a reason and moved on to your new choice, but seriously, we pay such massive amounts in healthcare premiums out of our paychecks—is it really fair to be stuck with subpar service when we're paying top dollar?
