Your Top 10 US Alternative Rock Bands in Music ·
1. Van Morrison ☕ (an absolute legend...)
2. Mark Knopfler
3. Bob Dylan
4. The Rolling Stones
5. Dire Straits
6. Paul Simon
7. Bruce Springsteen
8. The Who
9. I’m really torn on this one... maybe Creedence Clearwater Revival or The Eagles
10. They don't quite fit the vibe here, but Guns N' Roses have always been my absolute favorites.

If I were in your shoes, I’d definitely go with the 19-day option... It just seems counterproductive to put your body through all that stress only to force a month-long break right after.
Cleaning tips? in Health ·
You’ll find yourself clearing everything out on that very same day. The only catch is that you'll end up needing to head to the restroom every half hour or so... you get this intense, overwhelming urge to "clear out," even if there isn't actually anything left to move along. It isn't exactly a pleasant experience, I'll admit, but it certainly gets the job done.

And honestly, why bother with a suppository? You're much better off just taking a pill instead. They're tiny and much easier to deal with.
How do I remove splinters? in Health ·
Grab a needle and some tweezers. Just start digging. It’s going to be incredibly painful, honestly driving you a bit crazy, but eventually, you'll get it out.
Dealing with lactose intolerance? in Health ·
Personally, I experience some pretty intense cramping if I drink milk on an empty stomach. If I have it as part of a full meal, though, I generally don't run into any issues at all. My doctor mentioned that this happens because of a deficiency in the enzyme needed to break down dairy—essentially something similar to 😁 enteropathy. It sounds like your situation might be a bit more complicated than mine, so it would probably be best to check in with your physician about which supplements might help or specifically which brand of Soymilk you should look for...
It’s also entirely possible that what you're dealing with is something relatively minor, such as just being unable to handle unpasteurized milk.
Anyway, I wish you the very best of luck with everything.
Rumors? in Health ·
You really don't need to worry about catching salmonella just by picking up eggs at a grocery store like Whole Foods. Everything is clearly labeled with an expiration date for a reason. Besides, if you actually did end up getting sick, you could always take legal action against the producer like Tyson Foods. 😁
Fed up with everything in Psychology ·
Well, you mentioned earlier that you have a boyfriend... so I guess things aren't looking quite so bleak after all, right?
They're sitting in the hair! in Health ·

I have a feeling you might not even stick around that long to see it.
They're sitting in the hair! in Health ·
Honestly, don't give it a second thought... it really isn't a big deal. There is something genuinely charming about a man with a little salt and pepper in his hair 😁 (just look at Richard Gere; he was already sporting that distinguished look when he was quite young...) --> In my own experience, my mother started seeing silver strands by the time she was twenty-five, and by thirty, it had completely taken over! Of course, she used to dye it back then, just as she does today... I can see her following that same path for years to come, but thank God we live in an era where there are so many great hair color options available 🙂
Earplugs in Health ·
What’s everyone’s take on those earplugs? Is the noise reduction actually noticeable? I think I might need a pair myself... I’ve been having such a hard time falling asleep lately. Even the tiniest little things bother me—honestly, even the rhythmic ticking of a clock is enough to keep me wide awake.
Jeans recommendations? in Fashion ·
Hey, I was wondering—how much does it cost to switch from a trapezoid shape to a flat one?
Jeans recommendations? in Fashion ·
Honestly, the best denim I’ve ever owned comes from Vero Moda. In the past, I used to cycle through everything—brands like LTB and Benetton, even some high-end lingerie brands—but it always felt like the same story: after wearing them just twice, the waist would stretch out right at the button and they'd lose all their shape. These, however, are absolutely fantastic. They have that flattering skinny jean vibe, yet they aren't suffocatingly tight around the ankles, which I personally prefer because it looks much more natural. They’re a beautiful dark wash with a low rise... and the price was only $70 😁
. I actually stumbled upon them by total accident while browsing online, and well...
Hormonal Contraception: The Pill [General Discussion] in Women's Health ·
It isn't coming from Yasmina, but rather from Cilest... just this constant, heavy depression. I’ve always been a bit of an emotional person—that’s just how I’m wired—but this feels like it's far too much to handle. The crying, the overwhelming sensitivity... it's just constant.
I told myself I’d hold off on finishing the third box, but if this doesn't let up soon, these pills are going straight into the trash. I simply can't function like this normally.
Period talk: Questions and advice in Women's Health ·
My cycle ended up being three and a half months late. I wasn't pregnant, my exam results came back clear, and all my bloodwork looked fine. Honestly, who knows what causes these things to shift sometimes...
Waking up exhausted in Health ·
It’s the exact same struggle for me... I honestly can't remember the last time I felt truly rested. Even when I manage to get ten hours of "sleep," I still wake up feeling like I've been run over by a semi-truck. I think I know exactly what's causing it, though—it's the constant stress, my nerves being constantly on edge, and the way I tend to put an immense amount of pressure on myself. I just have this inability to actually unwind. Most nights, no matter how exhausted I am, it takes at least an hour of tossing and turning before I finally drift off.
The only time I seem to fall asleep instantly is if I've had a couple of beers to take the edge off.😁
Zero Resistance in Health ·
a sensitive muscle😁 😘
It’s quite an unusual sensation, isn't it? I have a nagging feeling that this might be something more prevalent among the elderly. It seems to me like it could be tied to some sort of circulatory issue...
