Let me make this quick: I'm looking for a kickboxing, Muay Thai, boxing, or whatever else similar club near Spanish, Texas. Anyone know of anything decent around here?
Boxing at the local gym, maybe near the rowing club area...👍 ☕
Does anyone actually know where this club is located or how I can get there? I'm looking to knock out about 15 sessions since I'll be in town for the whole month of August... does anyone have any info? I tried calling the mobile number listed, but it just keeps cutting me off.
Hey guys, does anyone actually know when the practices are held or where this club is even located? Seriously, is there anyone out there from Savannah?
Can anyone help me out? I'm trying to find where this club is located, how many members they have, what the dues look like, and what the training sessions are actually like... I’ll be spending three weeks in Savannah this August, and I really want to keep up with my training while I'm there. If anyone knows anything about this club, please let me know...👍 A buddy of mine from back home near Central Park mentioned there's a club in Savannah, but that's pretty much all he knows. Thanks in advance...☕
Hannah Ramos71 said:...it feels like there’s always an empty seat next to me 😲 Maybe I’m just overthinking things, but I can't shake the feeling that whenever someone walks in, they’d much rather find a spot somewhere else or just stay standing than sit right beside me. Does anyone else ever feel this way? 😕
You're overthinking this and getting a bit paranoid...🤷 ☕
Patience is everything, I guess... so, I started out on Celexa, which actually helped with the panic attacks, but it didn't really touch the depression part. Then I switched over to Lexus, but man, that just made me feel like a total zombie 🙄 It honestly took two whole years before I finally found something that actually works 🙂 you know, like, where I actually feel like myself again. And I was pretty shocked at how fast Wellbutrin worked for me too!
But yeah, I'm still dealing with this weird brain zaps thing 😕
What do you mean by "half-dead" on Lexus? What was it like for you...? How long were you taking it? You tried Lexapro, then Lexus, and now you're on this third one 🤷Are you doing okay now?🤷
That South African heavyweight, Francois Botha, was the world champ about 15 years ago. But they stripped him of the title because of those steroid issues... He spent some time fighting in K1, but now, at 43 years old, he’s "making a comeback" to boxing...
Tyson didn't let us down. It was obvious he’d been away from the ring for a long time, but the heart is always there... and grit eventually pays off... People were talking trash, saying he’d be too aggressive, that he lacked technique or whatever... but man... Tyson is just built different... Even if nothing else, people will remember him for those gritty, blood-soaked battles. They weren't exactly "masterpieces," but... does Tyson dance just to impress the judges? Pure brutality and a win...
Tomorrow we’ve got matches happening over at Boogaloo—nine fights on the schedule, including 18 different weight classes. We've got Emil Zoraj stepping up, and Marko Kutleša is finally making his comeback after some time off. Honestly? I’m leaning toward Kutleša. The guy is an absolute machine; once he gets moving, he just keeps that relentless pace. He's a true fighter. Sure, Zoraj has the better record and is clearly a champion, but Kutleša? Man, he’s got heart that's out of this world... You really should go check these out if you can (Thai boxing, kickboxing, Savate...). It'll be worth it. Tickets are $33👍
So, how long has this insomnia been going on? If it’s been more than about ten days, that’s actually a bit of a red flag... I mean, plenty of people deal with sleep issues where they only get two or three hours of rest, either late at night or early in the morning, but usually, that clears up on its own. But if you’ve gone more than ten days without sleeping through the night—just catching a few hours here and there during the day—then things are getting pretty rough... I really hope it hasn't been lasting that long. How long has this been happening to you?🤷

And don't even start with the Akineton talk if you don't know what you're talking about. Akineton is an anticholinergic; it stimulates dopamine receptors. Honestly, you'd probably need to knock back about 20 pills before you actually felt like you were "flying"... taking two or three won't even register.
I took three once and didn't feel a single thing.☕
Wow, look at you, the big expert here... three Akinetons... impressive.👎
I honestly despise Alistair Overeem more than any other fighter out there.
I can't stand him either, but man, he just bulldozes through everyone. Our guy "Crocop" was having such a rough time in that fight of theirs. "Crocop" actually got saved by a low blow. Otherwise, he would've been absolutely pulverized...
Christian Ramirez67 said:Is it even possible to get a physique like Alistair Overeem without using steroids, hormones, or whatever else is out there? Can you just do it through clean eating and protein supplements?
No way. You can't get that look naturally. It's not like he's built that way just by eating bird's milk, chicken, tuna, and rice... He's definitely using gear.
