To whom it may concern,
My account was banned on November 13, 2006.
I still show up in the "birthday" section.
Since I am not an active user and my ban is permanent, I suppose I can't hide the private info from my registration myself.
I would appreciate it if you could delete my personal data, including my birth date.
Thank you for understanding.

I suppose I don't really know how to stop feeling so on edge...
Maybe try getting some exercise. I guess the body eventually adjusts to eating better once you start moving, and you'll probably feel a lot better too.👍

But over the last few days, my hands have also been feeling weak. It's hard to even hold them steady while typing on my computer, mostly in the evenings. I don't exercise, I'm not overworking myself, I eat regularly, and I'm not pregnant... WTF 🤔
Does anyone have any ideas?
It might be nerves..
Maybe you should start exercising 😉
Researchers at the Johns Hopkins university center in Baltimore, Maryland, suggest that what people commonly call broken heart syndrome might actually cause something similar to a left-side heart attack. Experts say that emotional stress, such as losing a family member or dealing with heartbreak, can disrupt heart function, though I guess most people recover over time.
Medical professionals refer to this as broken heart syndrome. They believe it could explain heart issues in individuals who are otherwise healthy and show no obvious cardiac damage. This study was published in the New England Journal of Medicine.
Upon the deep blue sea
where gentle breezes blow
I dreamed of a wondrous azure
and how happy I used to be
👍
So, I checked it out yesterday, and the theater was packed.
The movie is alright—good for relaxing, a bit silly. I didn't expect much, but it turned out to be quite good, I guess.
The issue is that I like to analyze every movie, but I was with someone who doesn't really care to discuss them or experience them the same way, so it was a bit difficult.👎
Halfway through, two girls nearby were arguing about whether the assistant should cheat on her boyfriend with the editor's aide or not.😁 Personally, I don't mind, since the cast is full of attractive actors.🙂
Anyway, Prada is starting now, so I'm going to watch that without any more talk.🙏
brain_cell said:Maybe what you see as self-deprecation isn't actually that to someone else. I guess I've met people who feel like being honest about themselves is humiliating because they're just ashamed... or maybe they're the type who think it's fine to let society dictate how you act, and they view true independence as a kind of disgrace.
Actually, I suppose shy people always tend to make excuses or offer apologies for who they are...
I guess the conclusion is that self-deprecation doesn't really exist; it probably all just depends on how you perceive yourself.
Fear?
Disgust?
A sense of inadequacy?
Maybe just a way to fish for compliments? (reverse psychology)
Imbalance?
Anxiety?
Corruption?
Immaturity?
Sadness?
That’s one reason I can't stand skiing or any of those long winter activities—the cold. I guess summer and just wearing shorts is better.😁
As for having cold feet, I've dealt with that since I was little. I suppose I've just gotten used to it, though when it gets really freezing, I stay indoors. I sometimes wonder if I'd be a total wreck if I froze solid after walking only five steps in all my layers.
