Some people just prefer it that way. Personally, I don't feel any load on my spine at all; it’s all in my posterior chain.
Don't use that first video as a benchmark.
That's an insane amount of weight where keeping your back flat is practically impossible...
And that second one? That's just straight-up bad form.
The real key is observing where the curvature in the spine actually occurs.

But you'd need freakishly strong back and core muscles to pull that off safely.
Honestly, I wouldn't even attempt it until you've mastered your deadlift technique.
For now, focus on keeping your back as flat as possible, otherwise things are going to go south fast...
