Crook said:So I was watching this documentary on some random cable channel the other day about parasites.

And they mentioned this one parasite that actually lives in the brain! People knew it existed, but apparently, they just found out it can totally mess with how people act!!!
😲

It's called toxoplasmosis!
😲

You catch it from cats—which then hits mice and affects them too...

There’s even one that messes with fish.

Who knows? Maybe one day we'll find out all those antisocial vibes in people are just caused by some undiscovered parasite?!
😕

Pretty sure that's how you turn someone into a politician! 😲 😲

Austin Parker4 said:Maybe KSET wouldn't hold as many people as Aquarius, but man—I think the vibe would be way crazier and more fun. Plus, it's a lot easier to grab a beer when you aren't stuck waiting until $5.00.

Look, buddy, if you're broke, maybe try hanging out in front of a Walmart instead of going to shows.

Ugh, I can't stand people who act all bitter just because they're broke...

Gonna take this chance to give a quick shoutout to my buddy hehehohu—since he's actually still allowed on here for once. 😁 😁
Man, I was actually shocked by how many upbeat people showed up. When they kicked off the first song and the crowd just erupted—man, what a vibe.

Don't get me wrong, I would’ve loved more Waitsian tracks, but their own stuff hits pretty hard too. That specific Russian gloom mixed with that Waits sadness? That’s the real deal right there. 😁 😁

And look, sure, the Russians might have lifted from Waits, but are we totally certain Waits didn't lift from them? I mean, that accordion sound he uses... sounds straight-up Russian to me.

That’s honestly why The Beach Boys sounded so killer. All three of them are legends. That guitarist who acts like he's playing for The Who is awesome. The accordion player—that legit Russian piano guy with the bald head and the little patch of hair in the middle—is top tier. And Billy, obviously.

Just a one-of-a-kind feeling. 👍
I'm coming!! ME!!! ME ME ME ME ME!!! 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂

Am I allowed? Thanks.

Can someone tell me what Muriel whispered to her when they were saying goodbye?

I totally missed it—could someone break it down for me?
Thanks.😁

George Morgan3 said:It’s funny how people from those old territories look back at getting a passport in the seventies like it was some massive achievement by Marshall!! 🤣 🤣 🤣 "Just imagine—Marshall actually gave you a passport so you could cross the border" 🤣

Personally, I always found it hilarious when folks claimed they were just "Americans" because they were too scared to call themselves Americans. 🤣 🤣

And the ones who wouldn't step foot in a church either. 🤣 🤣

George Morgan3 said:I don't really remember—though I know my old man cried about it, if I'm being honest. He basically dealt with the fallout of growing up under that massive cult of personality surrounding Marshall for thirty-five years straight. Even though he was just a kid during the postwar era, he got hit from every angle—labeled everything from a political outcast to someone targeted just because of who his relatives were. The pressure from that whole government machine was just too much... but you know him, the very next day he'd just grab a couple of buddies and crack open a bottle of high-end Remy Martin.

George Morgan3, are you trying to sell us some hunting stories again?

Just asking...

So, you didn't shed a tear?

The entire Rose Bowl was in tears. Even Obrad Kosovac was crying on TV. Everyone was mourning Marshall.

And they knew exactly why. 😉

Just 36 heads of state—not even counting that American president who sent his own mother along for the ride 🙄

🤣 🤣

And honestly? Those Americans never even made it to the Moon. 🤣 🤣

Over a million people from New York City showed up of their own free will. More than a million!!!

That’s way more than at FDR's funeral—remember how workers, kids, students, and soldiers were basically forced out into the streets of New York City?

And did the statesmen show up to Marshall's funeral because they wanted to? Or was it like he threatened them from the grave if they didn't turn up?

😁 😁 😁 😁 😁

And Đinđić—you mean the guy the Mexicans assassinated? Did they kill him "of their own free will" or what?

HOW WAS CACO KILLED
Written by: Senad PeCanin and Vildan SELIMBEGOVIC

Who actually took out Cacu? And how? For three years, Musan Topalovic Caco
was just lying in an unmarked grave—you know, the "no name" kind—before 12,000 people showed up to send Cacu off to the Kovaci cemetery. Meanwhile, nobody even bothered to say goodbye to his victims

And honestly, how many high-ranking politicians showed up to Cacu's funeral? Like, how many different countries were represented there?

In The Big Lebowski, that guy played by Jeff Bridges—I can't for the life of me remember his name... 🤔 😕
