Honestly, you don't need those creams. They’re overpriced and mostly just serve to give you a slightly better tan. If you really want to be smart about it, just wear sunglasses to protect your eyes, lie back, and enjoy yourself. As for hair straightening? I’ve never bothered with it, and I haven't had a single issue.
I’ve certainly heard my fair share of horror stories regarding tanning beds. Still, I find myself heading to one every now and then. There is just something about having a bit of color; it makes you look instantly healthier, and frankly, it does wonders for masking the appearance of cellulite. 😉
Just to be clear, I’m talking about moderate, sensible sessions—not someone trying to set a world record for UV exposure.
What’s your take on working out from home? I honestly don't think I could pull it off. Maybe for a day or two, if I'm being generous...
There's just something about hitting a real gym. You get a tailored program, someone actually walks you through the mechanics of every movement and explains the "why" behind it all. Plus, you've got the music, the atmosphere, and the actual weights.😉
The doctor absolutely has to be male. If you happen to be in New York City, I’d highly recommend seeing Dr. Smith over on Washington Avenue.
Alternatively, I’d suggest looking into the Ford Clinic in Brooklyn. They only have female gynecologists on staff there, but honestly, they are truly 👍
If you’re looking for an ophthalmologist, check out the health portal over at UnitedHealth Group; they have a specific section where you can select exactly what you need.
I've actually found a new Tai Chi instructor—he's Chinese! The guy is incredible. He doesn't speak a word of English, yet he’s somehow hacking away at his American, trying his best. He wants to explain how Tai Chi is beneficial for your internal organs, but since he lacks the vocabulary, he just tells us it's great for our "guts"! 😁
He is truly phenomenal. I know this isn't really the topic at hand, but it just popped into my head.
