Honestly, it was pretty pointless. They really should have just moved this to a different station. At this point, it’s barely worth watching because you can't even tell who anyone is anymore. Just a complete waste of time.

I stepped into a video rental shop for the first time in probably three years and rented this because I’d heard good things, plus I was curious about our local Oscar nominee. I watched "All That" too, though it didn't really do much for me. But this... this is a masterpiece. At 75 minutes, there isn't a single wasted frame. Emir Hadžihafizbegović is absolutely captivating—easily the best performance I've seen from him. And I'm not even exaggerating when I say "Armin" is hands down the best film to come out of the States in the last 20 years.
You have to see this. And for anyone from the US or with any ties to this country—this film will hit you hard, touching every emotion from heartbreak to pure joy.

There are certainly some solid performances in there, but it feels like he’s increasingly typecast into these similar roles lately.
Personally, what I liked least about his performance in The Untouchable Brando was how he played it; honestly, I think he would have been the perfect choice for the role of Al Capone.
It’s been four months since I started, and here’s what I’ve picked up so far:

Honestly, what kind of nonsense is this? I mean, if we’re calling that a sport, then sleeping should be on the list too. I can't remember the last time I did anything quite that mindless in my entire life.
Honestly, I wasn't really feeling this one. It was pretty stomach-turning—just endless scenes of them slicing people up and then stitching them back together. Pretty gross, if you ask me.
Personally, I think the movie actually holds up better than the book. Sometimes those novels just drag on way too long in certain sections, don't they?
I just finally finished it after letting it sit on my shelf for five or six months. I got stuck on one specific part and honestly, I just didn't have the heart to keep grinding through it at the time.🙂 😳 🙂
