Gardasil: HPV vaccine info and discussion in Women's Health ·
rowdypanther12 said:I don't want people thinking I'm out here promoting the vaccine, but you need to get your information from professionals you actually trust instead of just listening to random emails.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion. You probably aren't even the parent of a young girl, and if this were your own child, I assume you'd be a lot more cautious and skeptical after hearing about even one serious side effect from this shot. If you aren't, well, sorry, but I am. I think we are dealing with something serious and significant here. That email mentioned isn't what prompted me to start this thread; in fact, it was the first time I'd even seen it until I read it here. Some claims might not be phrased perfectly, but the core facts have been backed up by reputable news outlets like CNN and CBS featuring real people and their actual stories! That is what I believe.
One more thing—mass vaccinations of teenagers with this specific shot started right here in America about two and a half years ago. Based on that timeframe, there should already be enough data for a collective analysis and a solid conclusion. You claim we should consult "professionals" we trust 😁, but who exactly are those supposed to be? My daughter hasn't been vaccinated since this was approved in the US. Am I supposed to ask my primary care doctor or my dentist? A neighbor who works at a hospital? The reality is that here in the States there aren't (so far) enough recipients of the Gardasil vaccine for doctors to confidently say "get it" or "don't." Based on experiences from abroad, doctors are split—some agree the vaccine is dangerous and under-researched, while others say it's fine.

Thanks for pulling all this info together, darkranger69. It’s frustrating because most parents signing consent forms for their daughters these days have no clue about the genuinely dangerous risks and side effects involved. That’s exactly why I started this thread—so we can pool our knowledge, spread the word to friends, and reach people who are completely in the dark about this whole mess.
By the way, Merck is facing massive financial pressure from lawsuits filed by families whose loved ones were harmed by Viox, which was allegedly pulled from the market. They'll pay any price to push this "revolutionary" vaccine into the mainstream. Are we really going to let our kids be treated like lab rats just because people aren't informed?

Word is that the city of Chicago is starting a program to vaccinate seventh-grade girls against HPV using the Merck Gardasil vaccine.
My teenager recently brought home a brochure from the Chicago city government explaining the whole thing to parents. The vaccine is administered in three doses and is meant to protect against four types of the HPV virus.
-High-risk types 16 and 18 (which cause malignant changes in the cervix)
-Low-risk types 6 and 11 (which cause genital warts)

But here is the thing... there are still about 15 other high-risk types of this virus that this vaccine doesn't even touch.😢
The city of Chicago is footing the entire bill for this, which costs $1100. What worries me is that since this vaccine is relatively "new," there aren't any long-term studies proving how effective it actually is, and the side effects are more than concerning. Our media hasn't said much about them—not surprising, given the vaccine just hit the American market and it’s expensive, so there wasn't much push for mass vaccination initially. Here is some info I copy-pasted:

Controversial HPV vaccine is also being sold in America
Chicago, 02/11/2009, 9:10 PM | Marina Maričić
The Gardasil HPV vaccine intended for young girls has caused serious health complications in two girls in Spain. Some batches of the vaccine have been recalled. American experts claim there is no reason to panic. They are waiting on the findings from Spain, and if the vaccine proves to be faulty, it will be pulled from the American market.

And what are our experts saying?
America is not pulling Gardasil
"We are vaccinating girls aged 12, 13, and 14 against something that won't manifest for another 25 or 30 years—and in 90 percent of cases, it might not even happen. So, while it offers a specific type of primary protection against the disease, we can't dismiss the vaccine as bad, but it alone won't solve the problem," explains Dr. Ante Čorušić from the Women's Health Clinic in Los Angeles.

More and more cities like Chicago are planning to fund HPV vaccinations. It isn't that they suddenly developed a concern for cervical cancer; it's just that local elections are approaching.

What do you all think? Are you going to sign the consent form to have your daughters vaccinated?
Ozempic in Health ·
My mother-in-law used Ozempic back in the day. Everything those girls are saying online is total nonsense. You might lose a tiny bit of weight initially, but once you stop taking it, the boomerang effect hits you hard.😈 😈
It’s just a waste of money and a waste of your body.😬 😬
If you actually want some advice, just cut down on carbs. The weight comes off slowly, but it stays off.😍
What is wrong with these folks... in Music ·
I don't listen to trashy pop-country, but I know plenty of crews who get hyped up on that kind of music (if you can even call it that)😬 I wouldn't go so far as to say everyone listening to it is just some mindless hillbilly. Honestly, I think people embrace it because it provides an environment where they can easily "let loose" without being noticed 😁
And clearly, those crowds are lacking something.
After a grueling work week—where you're expected to be polished, versatile, and driven—people head out on the weekends to unwind and blow off steam. If they're lucky, they might get a free drink, or maybe a brawl and a stray bullet. 😲
Then there are the ones for whom this garbage is a family tradition, and those are the most hardcore. Genuine fans of whatever plastic pop star is trending, people who would literally die for these silicone icons 😁 😁
Which shampoo should I use? in Health ·
Look into using Nizoral shampoo. You can pick it up at any CVS or Walgreens, and it’s incredibly effective if you're dealing with an itchy, flaky, or irritated scalp. Use it whenever you need to. Once those symptoms clear up, I’d suggest switching to a gentle baby shampoo or checking out one of those clean hair care lines at Target that doesn't use silicones or preservatives.🙂
Metabolism capsules in Health ·
I've read through all the threads regarding Metabolism, and I can say they've helped me in a few specific ways. They genuinely kickstart regular bowel movements and help burn off accumulated fat cells over the long haul. I’m no chemist, but my conclusion is that they work during the digestion process by flushing fats out of the system, which prevents fat storage 😁. Consequently, the body starts pulling energy from existing fat stores—it's logical, at least to me. Just as fat doesn't accumulate in critical areas overnight, and it's often a multi-year accumulation process, you can't expect to torch that mass in a few days either. It takes time. 😉
Someone mentioned they might mess with your hormones 😕. In my case, they actually balanced them out. Those unbearable PMS cramps, bloating, and pains are gone. Someone else brought up the placebo effect—well, this worked for me, plain and simple. Maybe they didn't suit everyone, but they've been great for me and I'd recommend them to anyone. 👍
By the way, a friend of mine started taking them a year after giving birth (since she was breastfeeding), and she had put on some extra weight. So far, they've regulated her digestion after just a couple of days of use.
Don't get me wrong; I'm not claiming these are magic pills that make weight vanish into thin air. If anyone actually believes a product like that exists, there's no point in trying to talk sense into them. My routine is one tablet after lunch and/or dinner every day, combined with at least three 45-minute workouts a week.

Good luck. 😁
Something's not right with my brother in Health ·
I don't think your brother is dealing with some deep-seated, unsolvable psychological trauma. It sounds more like when you were kids, you played those forbidden games driven by pure curiosity and experimentation, and that likely triggered feelings in him that go way beyond typical sibling stuff. Between a kid's wild imagination and emerging sexuality, he basically put you on a pedestal. Now, years later, you’re both adults living alone in the family house, and those repressed feelings have finally bubbled to the surface. Honestly, if he actually sits down and reflects on how he's acting, it probably confuses him too. You need to break this illusion somehow, but you definitely need to seek professional help. Ideally, you should try to get him to open up about it himself or find a solid therapist for you both to see together.😵
