Dietary Supplements in Health ·
dustycanyon6 said:So what's her diet actually look like? Fasting isn't the solution—it's about eating the right things.

She’s just now deciding to eat healthy after years of eating whatever she wanted. I honestly don't think her approach will work for weight loss. She's too stubborn, and she's too cheap to spend a few hundred dollars on actual nutrition to get herself back in shape. If she'd just listen to me, she might actually lose the weight and find a new husband.
Dietary Supplements in Health ·
It’s become nearly impossible to find food that hits all the nutritional marks our bodies actually need. For people already dealing with health issues, balancing a diet is an uphill battle. That’s why the demand for dietary supplements is skyrocketing.

More and more companies are jumping into this space lately. What’s your take on the trend? Anyone here have much experience with them?

I was chatting with a friend yesterday—she’s struggling at 250 lbs—and I tried to explain that you can't just starve yourself to drop 90 pounds. It’s dangerous. You end up wrecking your system by stripping away essential vitamins and minerals.

Thanks.

😕 😕

You've got morph in your blood. 😉
Weight loss pills: What actually works? in Health ·
Melissa Watson3 said:We all know those full-page ads in magazines promising "revolutionary" weight loss pills with money-back guarantees if you don't see results...
Is this just a scam? Is it actually legit? Has anyone here ever tried ordering stuff like this?

Melissa👋

Never heard of it. I do know people who have used slimming teas, though.

Never. It’s probably just your diet.
Noni vs. Aloe Vera: Which is better? in Health ·
SuzA said:I'm a big believer in traditional chinese medicine. Their whole philosophy is that the body has an innate ability to heal itself; you just have to provide the right stimulus.

I personally use products from a Chinese company called Tianshi. They’re excellent, and I know plenty of people they've truly helped.
Noni vs. Aloe Vera: Which is better? in Health ·
Elizabeth Ruiz2 said:I'll try the aloe vera and let you guys know how it goes.😁

Honestly, I’ve grown pretty tired of it... like, really tired. Plus, I always have to plug my nose just to get it down. Mine has a cranberry flavor.🙂

A friend of mine from work once sold me some aloe gel, but it was so bitter I tossed it straight into the trash.

By the way, I attended one of their meetings, and they are way too expensive.
Contact lenses in Health ·
Megan Peterson2 said:Please, if you could give me some advice. I started wearing contacts just a few days ago, so I'm wondering if I can wear sunglasses during the day while wearing my lenses? Also, can I do aerobics in them? Does any kind of physical activity interfere with them? Everything is so new to me and honestly, I'm not sure, so I'm asking for a few tips... thanks

You definitely can, why not? I do everything in mine, except sleep—though sometimes I even forget to take them out. 🙂>
Unquenchable thirst in Health ·
Karen Sanchez19 said:What do you guys think this could be? It doesn't happen very often, but when it does, I have to drink massive amounts of water just to make the thirst go away.

I checked my blood sugar a few times in the morning before eating, and everything looked normal.

If it is related to blood sugar, is it possible for it to spike suddenly?

And if it isn't, what else could it be?

It depends on what you're eating. If you're snacking on salty jerky, you're definitely going to be thirsty.🙂
Why do my joints keep popping? in Health ·
steelstag4 said:Lately, my joints have been popping constantly—knees, elbows, you name it. It happens whenever I make a sudden move, like squatting down or standing back up. It used to just be my knees (which used to hurt like crazy when I squatted, slept on my side, or knelt), but now it’s spreading to my elbows and even my collarbone 😲 (or maybe my neck) if I stretch too hard.
Is this something I should worry about health-wise?
It might sound silly, but it’s actually pretty awkward when I'm out with friends; I'll go to squat and both knees will pop so loudly that everyone stares at me. 😁
PS, I'm in my early twenties. If I were 70, I wouldn't mind this much, but at my age...

Maybe you're low on calcium.
Noni juice and Mummy balm in Health ·
Michelle Bennett18 said:Has anyone actually used this? What kind of results did you get?

One friend of mine works with this stuff, but another guy tried the juice and it totally disagreed with him, so he tossed it in the trash.🙂
Flu symptoms in Health ·
Roger Cox10 said:Basically, my little boy came down with the flu today even though he got vaccinated. 😢 A friend mentioned the shot isn't 100% effective. 😢 I’ve picked up all sorts of tablets, but does anyone know which ones actually worked for you? Please! 😢

I know a few things. If you want them, I can send you a PM. 😎
