hmm well, if you don't hear from me for more than ten days, just assume I've been completely wiped out by a massive wave of stress at work😁 is there actually anyone out there who would even miss me...😁
Does anyone else ever feel like their heart just skips a beat or starts fluttering out of nowhere? It’s like this totally random sensation where it pounds two or three times, much harder than usual, without any actual reason behind it...😕 I went to see my doctor and they told me everything looks fine—my blood pressure is good, my thyroid is fine, all of that. But then the lab results came back showing a low white blood cell count... I’m honestly starting to get a little scared because I’ve never heard of anyone experiencing this kind of sudden fluttering in their chest... Has this ever happened to anyone else here? What could possibly be causing this...😕 Goodness gracious, it feels like these doctors don't have a clue what's actually going on😢
Joseph Lee3 said:😕 this entire thread is getting absolutely out of hand... I'm honestly just sitting here waiting for my own eyes to start playing tricks on me... actually, now that I've said it, I feel like I might be subconsciously inviting it to happen...🙄 I truly believe we’re all just collateral damage in some massive government experiment involving a new biological weapon...
I really have to push back on this one, because I'm definitely not in America right now. So, it really does come down to magnesium after all...🙄
Ah, it’s just one of those things, I guess... It feels like my eyelid muscle is twitching, specifically that little spot where the upper and lower lids meet... I’ve actually heard people say it could just be from a sudden draft or a breeze, too... Wait, you think it might be a magnesium deficiency?? Hmm... 🙄
My right eye has been twitching incessantly for about a week now, every single day without fail. It’s reached the point where it’s genuinely starting to get on my nerves... Does anyone here know what might be causing this, or perhaps how I could actually make it stop? Honestly, sometimes I just feel like pressing down on it to force the muscle to stay still...😢
I generally love seasoning my food with salt and all those natural spices... though, honestly, I’ve started thinking that maybe I’m actually lacking enough salt, especially considering how much fluid I seem to be losing through urination...
I drink plenty of water normally, too, but what’s really starting to worry me—and frankly, it’s getting a bit frustrating—is just how thirsty I am, constantly, endlessly thirsty... you know, it's like this unrelenting sensation of being parched...
It’s got me feeling a little...
Just run every test you possibly can, and there's a 99% chance you'll get your answer.
Charles Young Doctors always love to label things as the "malady of the modern age" or whatever trendy term they've come up with this week... But honestly, if we can't just make it disappear entirely, how on earth are we supposed to actually ease the burden of it all...😕
hmm sweating and tingling hands I’ve heard people talk about that tingling sensation in their hands before, but I honestly haven't experienced that kind of sweating on my back... Has anyone here actually tried acupuncture? Maybe it could offer some relief, although it didn't really do much for me personally...🙄
I mean, I can just smoke during my lunch break or while I'm grabbing coffee. I honestly think it's up to them... if they want me to take a break, then fine, I'll just smoke now instead🙄
Yeah, it all started with my neck, but now the pain has just spread everywhere... it's hitting my back both lengthwise and diagonally, and my shoulders, my spine, even my head are all aching...
I honestly don't have a clue... it feels like nothing makes a dent, whether it's those deep tissue massages, physical therapy sessions, or even acupuncture... nothing seems to touch it...😢
Well, it doesn't really matter at this point... Sitting there for hours on end in one single position—I mean, it's not like you can just balance a laptop on your head while you work, right? What I’m trying to get at is that most people tend to settle into that one specific, standard posture when they're sitting at their desks during the workday...🙄
Yes, absolutely and even after everything we've been through, they're still out there, tirelessly scrolling through the internet and staying active on this forum... Maybe true love really does exist after all😁
Ah You can never really tell when it comes to these surgeries. Though, if you ask me, a pacemaker procedure is generally less intense than a bypass... Hmm, I don't know... my own father passed away right in the middle of a bypass surgery 😢 ... So, nothing you say is ever a hundred percent certain...
Garlic is great—try to include it with your meals whenever you can. It’s probably easiest to eat in the evening when you don't have to worry about being around people too closely, or maybe just right before you head to bed... Fish is also incredibly healthy for anyone dealing with lipid issues, and the same goes for lemon, like having some fresh lemonade. These aren't just old wives' tales either; they're actual medical recommendations from doctors.
