(Seriously, where is the moderator? This is ridiculous. 😠 )

I completely agree regarding Curuvija-Opacic. 👍
You can even get your contact lenses ordered right then and there.
As for the cost? It's about $300-$133 for the full exam (which includes eye pressure testing and a retinal exam), $233 plus the lenses.
And I should mention, my own case is a bit more complicated.
My prescription is actually in the double digits. 😢

Look, honey... you're calling for a moderator, but you're actually offending me here... maybe just take a breath and calm down a bit, because I haven't offended anyone in this thread.

Regarding the topic at hand... as I mentioned before... even over at Dr. Gabriel's office on Bukovacka Street, an exam will run somewhere around $100, and you can get your contacts immediately... and glasses in a very short amount of time.

Well, maybe... who knows? 🙄

To honestly feels pretty sketchy to me... almost criminal, if I'm being honest. 😕

I mean, I think I already knew that... but lately, I've switched over to soft lenses and I'm using the RENU solution now.😎

And I suppose I should probably mention that as well...

there are even French and German versions of this one out there!

Oh yeah, I've actually watched both versions... I guess the German one is probably the better pick... 👍

Harold Sanchez67 said:I would suggest downloading IrfanView from www.irfanview.com. Once you have that set up, you can just go to FILE—>OPEN and select any image regardless of its dimensions. From there, if you press CTRL+R, a window should pop up where you can simply enter "50" into the Width field. After that, you can just go to file—>save as..!

🙂

I guess this might be the easiest and most effective way to handle it... you can basically open any photo you want and just manually set the width to 50... and I suppose that's really all there is to it.

Matthew Morris28 said:Yeah, Dr. Gabriel is incredible. In my opinion, he’s easily the best ophthalmologist in the US.

On a slightly different note—kind of going off-topic here—I actually switched from Alcon solutions to Total Care just two days ago after using Alcon for four years, and I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised by how much better it feels. The lenses feel "lighter," if that makes sense, and they seem much more comfortable to wear.

I've had the same experience... though I suppose his consultations might be a bit on the pricey side...

Is Total Care meant for semi-rigid lenses? Or am I mistaken??

Question about the title in Forum Help! ·
Al Pacino said:So, I actually just figured this out myself recently... First off, you need to have at least 100 posts under your belt before anything opens up...
Once you've hit that milestone...
Up in the top left corner, you'll see a list of links: the main site, options, registration, the calendar, members, and so on...
You just click on options and then select edit profile. That’s where you can type in your text.
If you're looking to upload an image, you can do that now too. It’s a pretty similar process—just go to options, then edit options, and you'll find the avatar section at the bottom...👋

And after you've put together a decent amount of posts... the IMG code finally gets enabled for you. 👋

hehe 😁
