They’ll play a highlight reel while simultaneously flashing these utterly meaningless statistics across the screen—exactly like the example you provided—and then have the pundits in the studio dissecting stats and trending tweets. It is quite clearly just an additional tactic to capture your attention, yet in reality, it serves only to exhaust the viewer through sheer information bombardment.

It is sports, after all, so perhaps it hardly matters, but I still struggle to grasp the actual point of such a statistic or what one is supposed to derive from it.

It is painfully obvious that we are dealing with monsters who possess absolutely zero empathy.

But frankly, to hell with all of this. Over the last week alone, I have been subjected to so many high-definition videos of murders, dismembered bodies, and other atrocities that staying sane feels like an uphill battle. And all it takes is opening Twitter, and suddenly, everything is served up on a silver platter for you to witness...
It reminds me of how sites like Rotten or whatever else they were called used to be taboo; back then, we would actually dare one another to visit them just to see who could handle the trauma better...
If I ever have children, I will insist on imposing a level of censorship even more draconian than what you find in North Korea and the Russian Federation combined. 😁

At first glance, these cars seem to look almost identical to last year's models. This is particularly true for Haas.
Perhaps Ferrari might actually manage to surprise us this time.

The bottom line? Whoever snagged those medium tires completely blew the competition out of the water. Aside from Lewis Hamilton, everyone else might as well just sit back and dream about ever actually catching up on the track.
