That link Jamie Clark74 shared above regarding premature ejaculation is actually quite solid; there’s a wealth of useful information in there, and I truly appreciate the effort he put into compiling it...
I’m inclined to agree that a prostate issue would more likely cause discomfort during climax rather than leading to premature ejaculation...

The actual root of the problem usually lies elsewhere...

In my view, there are certain topical creams—essentially mild anesthetics—that can help dull the sensitivity of the glans, which might mitigate the issue of finishing too early. Alternatively, one could simply practice until they reach a state of mastery through frequent activity...😁

My boyfriend is Black, and he has a physique that defies description, paired with skin so supple it seems almost unbelievable... Given my excellent cooking skills, he has developed a bit of a midsection, but because his skin is so remarkably elastic, you can't quite grasp or feel any excess weight...
That woman from the movie you mentioned is just naturally built that way; achieving curves, especially when it comes to the bust, is an uphill battle. It isn't realistic to expect that simply doing some floor exercises will magically transform your glutes, though it does happen eventually, if one is willing to endure the struggle...
I have been working out for a year now, though I only truly committed to an intensive routine about three months ago—meaning every other day, sometimes even daily, for two to two and a half hours at a time—and the results are finally manifesting. I am most impressed by my core; it has become so firm that my abs are actually starting to show, though I should mention I dedicate at least thirty minutes solely to abdominal work, combined with running and cycling for about forty minutes total to burn through the fat...
Anything is possible, provided you don't lose heart. I used to spend all my time making excuses to avoid the local gym, but now, I find I cannot function without it. I was always slender, but my body lacked tone, and what I have achieved thus far feels quite significant...

What nonsense... all this talk about Black people being inherently different. Just because someone has certain physical traits doesn't mean they are superior. Lately, there seems to be this growing obsession with glorifying Black physiques, almost bordering on a cult of admiration, but they aren't inherently better than anyone else. If someone trains, they will look good, whether they are Black or white. The choice is yours: either commit to the work or just sit there watching TV and admiring everyone else...

And please, enough with the constant focus on race...

Piggy said:One can't simply terminate an agreement unilaterally unless the contract specifically provides for it... well, you technically could, but there would certainly be consequences... we really ought to examine the fine print... perhaps it would bar future participation, trigger massive penalties, and so on...

There is certainly room for debate here, but if the situation unfolds exactly as described, I suspect there are reasonable odds that the contract could be declared void—provided one retains a top-tier attorney—or at the very least, found a way to circumvent it entirely...

honestly, based on what you just said, you really managed to trip over your own feet... 🙂

just take a breath and dial back the intensity, there's no need to act like a child...

ruggedfalcon2 said:Why would his relationship with anyone else even be considered an issue? It seems to me that people in the West simply haven't learned how to truly respect their mentors... there appears to be such a lack of character, much like what is evident in your own post... 👎 One's fundamental attitude toward the individual who first taught them how to "walk"... that ought to be handled with much more gravity... and in this particular context, even Mike falls short of the mark... 👎 Whenever I reflect on everything he’s said—all those threats and that blatant disregard for his own teacher, the very man who helped him find his footing... it truly is pathetic. I simply cannot wrap my head around people like that, nor will I ever be able to offer them even a shred of support... 👎

Just because you have learned something from someone doesn't mean you are obligated to turn a blind eye to how they treat others... You aren't their slave, nor are you some soldier meant to follow orders without question, regardless of what those commands might be...

You arrived here with the intention of actually learning something, rather than merely arriving with the aim of blindly defending every single move your teacher makes...

Since we are already delving into the realm of Eastern philosophies... one might argue that the principles of CAST are equally vital to those traditions, wouldn't you agree...

No offense intended, please...

ruggedfalcon2 said:I know Brian quite well... though, as I’ve mentioned before, his private life doesn't interest me one bit... and frankly, I don't think any combat sports show should be wasting airtime on it... then again, who can really blame anyone when they sign a contract without reading the fine print? You can't help but laugh at people like that rather than feel sorry for them... but I truly have no desire to go down that road. Brian is a genius when it comes to fighting, and that ought to be the only thing this show focuses on... if legal disputes are what bother you, perhaps you should start a thread about Cikatich over on the Legal subforum.👋 👎

It isn't quite possible to completely divorce an athlete's professional life from their personal one, after all, we are only human...

And regarding the matter of signing contracts without reading them, I have to disagree—deception shouldn't be celebrated, and contracts are a fundamental part of the sport; if they aren't fair, the entire structure begins to crumble...

I find myself inclined to trust coppermarlin6, and perhaps this situation warrants some form of public disclosure, though I suppose ruggedfalcon2 has every right to sound like a common malcontent... after all, any contract can be terminated if one so chooses, can it not?

However, my primary observation is that this entire squabble between you all seems rather aimless...

And from a purely branding perspective, it might not be particularly wise for a radio program to launch itself with such a grim subject matter; it could ultimately prove detrimental to everyone involved in the industry...

An argument regarding Chuck Liddell.
And does that make it off-topic now?
Every single response mentions a radio station or a broadcast, yet the actual post has nothing to do with any specific show or station...
Hmm...

😕

Why delete it at all? If someone wants to weigh in on something that doesn't completely derail the main subject, I believe it should stay. Who decided that Chuck Liddell or Mirko Cro Cop have to be treated as untouchable legends where you can't debate their presence—say, on an American talk show—in the first place? After all, the whole point of this back-and-forth is whether or not there should be a segment about Chuck Liddell on the air...🙄

Just as we shouldn't be spitting on someone's legacy, there's really no reason to engage in excessive glorification either. Why insist on labeling Branko Cikatić as the absolute greatest or the undisputed best? When the narrative is framed that way, it creates this illusion for the audience that he’s somehow a larger-than-life figure outside the ring as well, when that isn't necessarily the case...

Everything can be handled if you just apply a healthy dose of objectivity and stick to the simple facts. The facts are merely that a man accomplished this specific feat inside the ring, or that he did this particular thing in his personal life... from there, let people judge him for themselves, or perhaps decide they have no opinion on him at all whatsoever.

Objectivity, neutrality...

Beyond that, he's already a media fixture. Why don't we shift our focus toward those less famous, yet equally masterful practitioners of the craft—those individuals who have dedicated their entire lives to the grind of training?

I can't quite think of a name right now, though Truntic comes to mind—an old man running Wing Chun sessions out of his garage. Word is he's traveled the globe and has endless stories to tell... and I'm sure there are countless people like him out there who would be far more compelling than the usual household names like Branko Cikatić or Filipovic.

Perhaps the most significant issue we face is that Americans tend to be largely indifferent, and that apathy seems to permeate just about every profession out there...

I find that their conduct fails to align with the basic standards of decorum we expect on a forum like this...

I find myself in complete agreement with that sentiment, though I suppose I should include you in that critique as well, given how insufferably condescending you can be at times... 👋

Just one more thing... I'm not quite sure what kind of advice you've been receiving, but there is really no need to start swallowing all sorts of chemicals; if you simply pay a little more attention to your diet, you'll find your way... you can find plenty of guidance through those links I shared earlier

By the way, Pilates is fine, I suppose, but you’re never going to see the kind of results you get from lifting weights... a much smarter approach would be to commit to a heavy lifting routine for about six months first to build a solid foundation, and then transition into Pilates once you've actually built some muscle

You really ought to incorporate resistance training, specifically using weights

It will likely be quite similar to what your brother does, though you needn't worry about experiencing the same physiological response he does... you won't gain nearly as much muscle mass as him for one very simple reason, which is that as a woman, your hormonal profile is fundamentally different

Ideally, you should focus on the larger muscle groups first—things like your chest, back, and legs—before moving on to smaller areas such as your shoulders, arms, and calves

By the way, trying to explain all of this through a single message feels a bit excessive, if I'm being honest

You would be well-served to look up some bodybuilding exercise descriptions online

http://www.exrx.net/

And perhaps you could also take a look at

http://forum.bodybuilding.com and check out their F.A.Q. section

In most cases, you can certainly improvise an entire routine right at home, but these resources are perfectly fine for getting started... once you have had a chance to read through everything, please feel free to reach out if any part of it remains unclear

It strikes me that everyone seems to be going through the motions of being active, yet there is a distinct lack of genuine stewardship over one's own physical well-being... to clarify, if one maintains a consistent routine, it shouldn't really be possible to simply fluctuate ten pounds up and down in a constant cycle of losing weight and then immediately gaining it back again.

To put it more succinctly, there appears to be a general absence of true health consciousness among us—which, naturally, encompasses regular exercise.

I mean this without any intention to offend or
draw harsh conclusions, though it does seem as if Justin Ramos2 is perhaps the most proactive among us when it comes to fitness...

I was wondering, what sort of sports do you all typically get involved in?

I find myself wondering how many of you here actually engage in regular physical activity while remaining genuinely attentive to your overall health

...or perhaps, rather than committing to fitness, a balanced diet, or even a bit of meditation, you find yourselves leaning more toward pharmacological solutions instead
