How do I upload images and videos to the forum? in Forum Help! ·
Why is it that whenever I upload an image using Photobucket and then go ahead and delete it from my account, it just stays right there on the forum?

I honestly don't get it... it’s like the image the forum is trying to pull from the server doesn't even exist anymore, yet it won't budge.
Emily Thompson85 said:Honestly, over the last three years, I’ve been through so many checkups, procedures, and whatever else they throw at you, that heading down to the OB-GYN has just become part of my routine—kind of like saying "good morning" to a neighbor. I’m not even embarrassed about it anymore. And that initial wave of anxiety? It really does fade away pretty quickly once you’ve been through a few appointments.

I’m right there with you, I totally agree. 🙂
Chloe Gomez6 said:I think I’m losing the thread here again. What exactly is the deal with SRS🤷?

Look, this is getting a bit off track, and honestly, I’ve always been the type who prefers to keep my private business to myself rather than airing it out in a public forum.
Nothing personal at all, really.
Angela Wright said:I was watching this segment on TV just the other day about it, and honestly, even the doctors they interviewed couldn't point to any major negative side effects. They didn't mention anything about bone growth issues either. From what I gather, it basically works by melting away body fat, revving up your metabolism, and really toning you out without you ever having to lift a single heavy weight at the gym. It’s still technically against the regulations here in the States, but people are constantly ordering it online. I actually heard about this one guy who was legally prescribed it because he had a pituitary tumor; after his surgery, he gained a massive amount of weight due to some crazy hormonal imbalance. His doctor put him on growth hormone, and man, in just two months, the transformation was absolutely mind-blowing.

Of course, he's right that it works, but if you start using it without actual medical expertise, you could end up facing some truly unimaginable side effects.
Angela Wright said:She probably just decided to start taking Red Bull on her own without asking anyone first. I mean, the side effects are pretty hard to ignore—you could be dealing with anything from annoying dry mouth to much scarier stuff like high blood pressure or a racing heart, among other things. Usually, that kind of thing is strictly managed by a doctor, specifically for people struggling with obesity—I'm talking a BMI over 30—where diet and lifestyle changes just aren't cutting it alone.

What really catches my eye, though, is that growth hormone everyone talks about using, the stuff you see stars like Apple and Snoop Dogg lean into; it feels like there aren't any real downsides to it, right? 🤷

Actually, growth hormone can have some seriously nasty side effects if you aren't careful. Just look at one example: it can cause bones to grow in places they absolutely shouldn't. Isn't that enough reason to make sure you never, ever mess around with it without professional supervision?
Chloe Gomez6 said:Yikes, I mean, what on earth is she even doing using forceps so close to the clitoris?😕 Like, what kind of exam is that? I definitely need to know so I can steer clear of it next time.😁.

I actually had my SRS done recently, and this whole mishap happened just a few days after one of my follow-up exams.
Chloe Grant30 said:😲 My heart actually sank a little bit reading this 😢

Ouch, you hit the nail right on the head.
Anonymous said:Is there actually any concern about them accidentally "messing up" something else down there?🤔

Well, I don't think you've quite experienced the sheer terror of having a doctor accidentally pinch your clitoris with their forceps during a procedure... 🙂 🙂
Nicole Parker93 said:Personally, I don't really care if it's a man or a woman performing the exam. Sure, it felt a little awkward the very first time, but once you realize it’s just one of those routine medical things you have to do—kind of like when you head to the dentist for a cleaning—you eventually just get past that initial discomfort.

I totally agree. Because of all the procedures I've had involving my uterus and ovaries, I've actually been through this over 100 times now, and honestly, there are probably many more to come. At this point, it’s just part of my regular routine. The only thing I really feel is boredom; whether the doctor is male or female doesn't make a difference to me anymore.
Sophia Perez79 said:Hormones can absolutely turn your life upside down, and honestly, I’m living proof of that. I wouldn't change a thing about what was said if everything else checks out, because things can spiral into an "unplanned journey" so fast you won't even see it coming... I really messed up by taking those Red Bull weight loss pills, and now I've been struggling to get my system back on track for months...

DON'T TAKE THEM EVEN IF THEY PROMISE YOU'LL END UP LOOKING LIKE APPLE🙂

Look, the whole idea of losing weight through hormones is basically a fairy tale for kids; sure, hormones can totally transform how you look, but they aren't actually a tool for shedding pounds.

The body is pretty good at balancing its own hormones naturally, but it's a slow burn—you're usually looking at a process that takes anywhere from six to twelve months to settle down.
Carol Kim14 said:I guess that's why I wrote that in the first place... now I'm just sitting here feeling totally confused. Are we talking capsules or injections?

Well, you actually have both options available, really. Typically, you'd use the pills if you're looking to suppress those hormones, whereas the injections are what people go for when they want to introduce them back into the system.
It’s honestly wild how much our hormones can mess with our heads, too—take postpartum depression, for example, which basically happens because your body is dealing with this massive, totally unbalanced hormonal rollercoaster right after giving birth; it’s the exact same kind of chemical chaos that can trigger depression for women going through menopause.
On top of that, there’s actually been research showing that women with higher levels of testosterone tend to be more likely to switch up their sexual partners.

And just to clear up some common misconceptions, hormone therapies are primarily used for gender transition processes, rather than being some sort of magic fix for surgery like people often assume.
The truth is, hormones have the power to shift your physical appearance so drastically that you might look like a total stranger to your own mother.
Carol Kim14 said:Hmm... you mentioned fifty capsules in there, which sounds like a lot, I won't lie. I think I'll have to run that by my doctor and see what they actually think about that dosage.

I know, those bulk packs feel like total overkill, but honestly, they just don't sell them in smaller amounts.

Morgan Torres said:But why go against nature? Though, I get the whole "I really don't want to spend my life shaving my legs" thing—it's like, I'm only sixteen, you know?🙄

Well, are things like breast implants or laser hair removal considered "natural" then?
"She was taking hormones to increase her breast size because she thinks that’s more natural than just taking hormones"—I honestly don't even follow the logic there. It's like saying you're eating organic sugar instead of processed sugar to be "natural." Like, okay?

And just to clear things up, I didn't say they were pills; I meant they're administered via injections. I actually spent all of yesterday putting together a massive, detailed thread about the whole thing, but I ended up not posting it. You really have to walk on eggshells with the local moderators here; you never know what might get flagged or taken down if you aren't careful.

Anyway, everything I have to say is pretty much laid out above, so I think I'll just leave it at that and hold my tongue before I get too carried away.
What is Androcur 50mg used for? in Health ·
I’ve been scouring every corner of the internet, digging through forums and medical sites, but I honestly can't find a single shred of useful information regarding this medication... 😲 😕

Is anyone here actually using it? And if you are, what kind of results are you seeing?
Also, if there happens to be a doctor or a medical professional hanging out in this thread, I would truly appreciate it if you could shed some light on how this stuff works.
